Spacious Townhome Condo - 2 bed 1.5 bath

2 bedrooms with plush queen beds + one new super comfortable sleeper sofa, and a travel crib for your little one. The condo is super close to downtown and so many things to do at your fingertips:

Everything in the downtown vicinity is 2 miles away and less than a $10 Uber!
- Convention Center
- Rainey Street
- 6th Street
- Lady Bird Lake

It's only 4 miles to the following:
- University of Texas
- Barton Springs and other swim holes
- Zilker Park

And when you're done but probably not ready to leave the lovely city of Austin yet, you're less than 10 minutes from the airport!

The unit is a fresh remodel with all modern amenities - see the pics and reach out with any questions. Walking distance to numerous places to eat, 7-11 and a liquor store one block east on Oltorf. Just north of the area gentrification is complete and continues to move East and South toward the condo as you see one block north on Burton. The area is a kitchy, funky mix of old and new, that may remind you of the Lower East Side, with remodels and new builds coming further south every day.

Full access to the condo with gated, covered parking. You can park anywhere inside the gates with easy access to the unit!

Other things to note
A couple items - this is an up and coming neighborhood, reminds me very much of the Lower East Side of Manhattan or Long Island City some years ago. The condo appeals to guests for the price and proximity to downtown and to be close to the pulse. We hope you enjoy the Keep Austin Weird vibe and having everything at your fingertips.

This space is NOT FOR PARTIES and NO SMOKING in the condo. Please be respectful of neighbors. Check-in is at 3pm or later, and one other item - before departing, please remember to take your trash out to the dumpster. We hope you have an amazing time in Austin!

Wonderful!!!

We had such an amazing experience! The condo is in a great location and we’re super attentive and answered all question and were very accommodating. Our kids enjoyed their stay as well. We will be staying here again if it’s available when we visit Austin again!

Awesome place!

We stayed one night before catching an early flight to Vegas. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but no issues at all. The property was just as pictured, check in was simple, owner was easy to contact, everything was perfect for our pre getaway lol.

Clean and great location!

This property was very clean and spacious! The location was perfect for a Austin weekend and Michael was very responsive all weekend. The neighborhood was slightly unsafe for a group of young girls but as long as you’re aware of surroundings we were fine!

Good trip

Neighborhood was a little scary for young women, and there was only two sets of towels for five of us. However, the location was convenient, the owner answered super fast, and it was clean and decorated super cute. Would stay again!

Moms Trip

We enjoyed the weekend in Austin. It was a well kept and a clean place. The neighborhood was left to be desired but we felt safe during our stay and had zero issues. Being only 10 minutes from Congress, Rainey, Zilkner was perfect. Also a few blocks from Cafe Crema is a must for your breakfast and coffee.

Great for a quick stay in Austin!

Stayed here for a quick business trip. We had 2 people on this trip so this place was perfect. Could meet and not have to go to a restaurant or bar not to mention efficient with the travel budget. Centrally located and close to major arteries. The whole place was very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable and having an upstairs and downstairs bathroom was nice. Will definitely come back on the next trip!

Very clean and nicely decorated!

We were very satisfied with our one night stay, the price was better than most hotels in the downtown area and it was nice to have the upstairs and downstairs to ourselves. It was very clean and looks just like the pictures. Highly recommend. Just be cautious of walking around the neighborhood alone at night

Just like the ad

This has to be the best VRBO that I have rented. The host responded with all of my questions. The condo smelled clean and fresh. Everything looks brand new. When I come back to Austin for sure gonna re-book this place. Excellent property!

Clean afordable townhouse rental.

Nicely updated and clean townhouse rental. It was pretty close to downtown and there were little stores and spots to eat nearby. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but the townhouse complex was relatively clean and quiet while we were there. Overall it was a comfortable stay and the host was pleasant and polite. Just make sure you get the door lock code as well as the gate code as soon as you make your reservation.

Condo in Riverside

Interior of condo has been completely refurbished including new appliances. Comfortable beds and bedding. The condo community itself (exteriors) need maintenance but posed no issues. No parking issues in the gated location. Location is close to downtown and other attractions, immediate vicinity is average. Decent value for the $$.
