Need to Know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera above the garage looking at the front of property.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee.

Beautiful home! Well kept. Would recommend staying here. No complaints aside from the pool was not working properly and we couldn’t use the first day but pool maintenance was done immediately to remedy and we were able to use it the next morning. Alan was wonderful at communicating and we were able to check in early.

summer House

The location is perfect, the house is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped — ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with family or friends. Everything worked great during our stay, and the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is the lighting around the pool area, as only one light was working and the others had broken bulbs. It wasn’t a big issue, but better lighting there would make the experience even better. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Multi generational trip

My husband & I planned this vacation which included our daughter's family. We specifically looked for a home with a pool as our grandchildren love to swim. The pictures of this property were very deceiving. First of all the only way to access to pool from the house is through a dark, dank basement/garage. Not only was this an awful way to get to the pool but it smelled terrible. The pool itself was lined with green algae, & the area around the pool was very dirty. The upper lanai was also filthy. The entrance door from the lanai was black with dirt, the floor/siding was covered with either mold or dirt. The rugs were stained & unclean. If you are only interested in the interior it was large & clean. Be aware that very little is provided however. No coffee filters that fit the coffee maker, nor was there any coffee. There were just enough bath towels for each of us to have one for the week, thus we needed to purchase laundry detergent so we could wash. Each bathroom had only 1 extra roll of toilet paper. All things to take into consideration if you chose this property. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood which we appreciated.

Great house for a family getaway

The house was perfect for what we needed. It allowed us to have a larger house so we could visit with local family and the kids loved the pool! It was so easy to get to and very close to the water, which we loved as we went for morning walks before the chaos of family!

Fabulous Family Stay

My family & I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is huge!! Two large living rooms with huge TVs and very comfortable seating. Three of the bedrooms were also very large. The bunk bedroom was smaller but still plenty roomy and comfortable. Everyone thought the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool is very large too and we enjoyed a lot of time swimming and hanging out on the pool deck. The location is great and the neighborhood was quiet. Almost forgot about the back screened in porch. It ran the length of the house and had a number of comfy rockers and other seating areas. It was a big hit. If you have any serious mobility issues, may not be the best choice for you as there are stairs up to the house and inside ones down to the pool. But otherwise I would highly recommend and we would stay again.

Great Family Vacation Home

The folks at Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes are first class. Once again this year the house surpassed all expectations. Quiet ideal dead end street. House was large and open and clean and comfortable. Beds were all top notch and comfy. Water pressure in the showers was fantastic. The Pool was a huge asset for adults and kids alike. Five minute ride to three world class beaches making for perfect days of mid days at the ocean, later afternoons at the pool, and grill and dinner on the deck! There is nothing you won't like about this place.

Another Great Stay!

This was our third stay at this Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes property in Palm Harbor. Once again, it completely met all of the expectations that we had that were based on the quality of our previous two stays, On arrival, everything was very clean and stocked as advertised and ready for our stay. We did note that one of the ceiling fans' light fixture had failed. A quick call to Alan and the light was repaired the next day. This is typical of all the experiences we have had while renting this house. This home is not a beach property but is located on a quiet street with a cul-de-sac west of US-19A. It is convenient to Tarpon Springs as well as Palm Harbor, Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. We noted that some new furniture had been added which improved overall comfort. So, once more Clearwater Beach Vacation Rentals have hit it out of the park! While we were in residence, we made reservations to stay at this home in 2026.

Great location, cutely appointed home!

Great host/ perfect house for our family

Alan was a great host. We arrived to the area early and when I reached out to him he got right back and let us check in early. The house was perfect for our large family. Tons of space. The kids loved the pool. Good location. The AC wasn’t working properly and Alan got someone out asap and had it fixed and up and running in less than an hour! My wife and I really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the pool. The 2 large living rooms were also nice to have. Would recommmend!

Great Vacation

Very clean, large bedrooms plus communication with Alan was great! Close to e-bike rentals and Pinellas Bike Trail! Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, plenty of get dining for seafood!!! Plenty of State Parks for walking and gator gazing. Highly recommend this rental and area.

My family enjoyed their time and loved the pool. Pool had a wrap around step, perfect for little kids. Finishes were modest and the place was clean and spacious.

Rocky Road

We chose this area of Florida for our family vacation because it is close to my mother-in-law in New Port Ritchie. Our entire vacation was bumpy to say the least with airport delays, luggage on the wrong plane, fishing trip delayed 4-5 times and the AC going out on the last day of our stay! This home was a comfort through the ups and downs! It has plenty of space and the attention to details (beach towels, lot of hangers, etc.) are on point! The location was close to Clearwater Beach, Tampa and other Florida attractions. We were ready to go home early when the AC went out on Friday but Alan was great! He called for AC repairs and came to assess the situation. It was clear the house would not cool back down quickly. Alan set us up in one of their other properties in Hernando Beach for our last night and gave us a credit. The Hernando Beach property was stunning - right on a canal with kayaks! The move saved our family vacation! I would highly recommend any property that Alan manages!!

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for my family, my husband & I, our children & spouses and grandchildren. Enough room to move around in and not feel crowded. Very much enjoyed the screened in porch and screened in pool.

Comfortable Home in Palm Harbor

This a spacious and nicely furnished home on a cul de sac in the northern part of Palm Harbor. While neighbors are close by (it is Tampa Bay....) it is a quiet neighborhood and presents a relaxed location for any length of stay. A bi-level home with the living area on the upper floor that is fully equipped for anywhere from 2 to 12 people. 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bath rooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king beds, another with a queen bed. The last bedroom has a pull bed with a bunk bed. The huge master bedroom that opens out onto a screened in deck that overlooks the lanai enclosed pool and the remainder of the back yard. We were very impressed with the furnishings and the attention to detail within the house itself. The quality of all of the appliances and the cooking utensils made for an extremely comfortable stay. This is especially appreciated when one is staying for longer than one week! We could not come up with anything in terms of comfort and convenience that you could add to make a stay in this home more enjoyable. The furniture and bedding were extraordinarily comfortable. We certainly felt at home during our entire stay. For us, the gem of the house was the full length screened deck with a southerly exposure off of the back of the house that is accessed from either the master bedroom or the family room/kitchen. In addition to the large family room/kitchen area, there is another large living space at the front of the house.
