Bring the family or friends to this spacious home located in historic Tarpon Springs. Start your day with a walk around the bayou, explore area parks, sponge docks, and the beautiful beaches. MANY choices to satisfy the palate- delicious, authentic Greek food & many treats. Enjoy the local aquarium, splash pad, or shopping. For adventure, head to the sponge docks and reserve a boat tour, rent a bike, or a kayak at the beach.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a bonus room with 2 sofa beds. Can sleep 8 comfortably. There is a TV in the living room, bonus room, and primary king bedroom.

This is a beautiful home and suited our needs perfectly! It is very spacious and in a nice location! Would recommend especially if you have a group of 6-8. The host was always responsive and very pleasant to communicate with.

Tonia is an excellent host . The house was well stocked in the kitchen and laundry . Tonia is a good communicator and replied promptly to our questions. The property is within walking distance of Craig park where one can see manatees . It is also within walking distance to the docks and downtown.

We did not go to the vineyard. Lots of shops and excellent food! We also went on a dolphin seeing boat ride. Very nice!

Tonia was very easy and pleasant to work with and the house was beautifully done and very well equipped. There were also extra touches that you don’t always see in rentals. Coffee supplies, shower supplies, even a bicycle to use! The bonus room is a great extra living space, as well. I would highly recommend this rental for families!

Excellemt Location and amenities

Property was as advertised. Great location to walk almost anywhere for any if the tourist activities. Communication with the host was a 10/10. I highly recommend this property to fanilies, for a girls or guys trip.

Great stay and location

We had a wonderful stay. Close to downtown and Rodie’s restaurant, our favorite breakfast location. The communication was great with the property manager and she was great about answering quickly with any questions. There was plenty of room. Also if you are staying with small children, there are lots of baby supplies such as a highchair, etc. we will be staying again when we come to FL.

Nice big house!

House was spacious and clean. Loved the waterfall shower and king bed. The host was wonderful and went above and beyond answering questions. Can't go wrong here!

Great location for a cute house

Tonia was very accommodating. The house is well stocked with supplies. We were able to grill for the 4th of July and see all the fireworks on the lake from the end of the street.

Visit for 90th birthday

House was Very Clean. It was my first time staying at a rental house and was extremely happy with all of the amenities in the house. We hosted a dinner for my Aunts 90th birthday and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect. Close to parks/ beaches and the sponge docks.

Beautiful home in a great location

Home was very clean and spacious. Every basic item was provided and the host was very responsive and helpful. Only issue was a minor one with check-in but that was on VRBO sending check-in info to the wrong guest so I had to ask for check-in info. House is a short distance to Sunset Beach and grocery stores and restaurants. If your vehicle is larger, maneuvering the curvy driveway is a little bit of a challenge but do-able. Would definitely choose this home if ever staying in the area again.

The Best

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Tonia has thought of everything! And I mean EVERYTHING! It’s clean, amazingly organized, well stocked with extra things like toilet paper , trash bags, and paper towel! It is SO much bigger than it looks on the VRBO app!! It also came with two bikes! We had fun riding into town and exploring!Tonia was also extremely quick and easy to communicate with throughout our visit!
