Perfect 1 bedroom apartment

This apartment is very spacious, well stocked, clean and close to the beach. Meryl, the owner is very easy to communicate with about check in time etc. I would highly recommend this place as a great getaway for 1 or 2 people.

I highly recommend this one bedroom condo for cleanliness, location , location , location in the heart of Dewey and steps to the beach! Meryl the property owner has equipped the condo with attention to detail and function. She is an exceptional host and we would stay again!

Great location for a perfect beach vacation

This unit was very comforting. One BR, perfect for a couple to enjoy time on one of Delaware's best beaches. Short walk to the sand and many restaurants and shops in the area. Very close to multiple Jolly Trolly stops that will take you right to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Meryl for sharing your home with us !

Highly recommend!

The owner, Meryl, was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Booking the property went quickly and smoothly and entry was easy via code access. This beautifully decorated and stocked condo is located on the ocean block, so the beach is close and less than 1 block away. Private parking a big plus as well as beautiful sunsets right across the street on the bay. The unit itself is perfect for a couple or very small family. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, which means guests should be able to walk and carry luggage up and down one flight of stairs as there is no elevator. We chose this unit because we wanted a super clean, quiet and pet friendly option that was very close to the beach and this was the perfect find! Highly recommend!

Beach block vacation

This property owner excels in attention to detail...we had anything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay...it is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and quiet for a restful nights sleep...short walk to the beach with no crossing main highway and accessible to restaurants and center of town in walking distance...the owner was responsive to all questions and pleasant to work with and was proud and happy that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and her condo...

Great Condo, Great Location

It was super convenient to use a code rather than key to access the condo. The owner thought of everything that would make my stay enjoyable. Having 2 dedicated parking spaces was a huge deal at Dewey Beach, so that was also a big plus. I could walk to everything and being on the beach block meant the world! I encourage anyone considering this property to book it without hesitation.

We lucked out!

My wife and I were looking for a last minute getaway before I started a new job and we were extremely fortunate that Meryl had recently decided to rent out her well-appointed condo right in Dewey Beach. Meryl was extremely flexible with the booking timeline and she was readily available with any questions we had during our stay. The condo has everything you need to cook full meals, two smart TV’s and is only a one block walk to the beach. The included reserved parking spot was a nice luxury and making unpacking and packing up a breeze. You can walk to every establishment in Dewey Beach from this location, yet nighttime noise was not an issue because the condo sits on the backside of the building away from Coastal Highway. Our experience could not have been any better - thanks Meryl!

Lovely Getaway

My fiancé and I were looking for a little getaway last minute. We stumbled upon this beautiful condo, just about a block from the beach. Everything was beyond clean & organized. Meryl was such a kind & thoughtful host. We couldn’t ask for a better place!

July 2022 was the 1st time I selectively rented my condo. It is my home away from home and you will find it fully stocked and much nicer and cleaner than a typical beach rental. 6 nights or more only. You can depart earlier if you wish but you will be charged for a minimum of 6 nights.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Location can't be beat. Beach block. Close to Hyatt Place and all Dewey & Rehoboth beach restaurants & shops. Near everything yet quieter - as the condo unit faces the beach NOT Rt 1. Walk to Rehoboth boardwalk and attractions too or pick up the Jolley Trolley near condo. Tons of great outlet stores and shopping. All kinds of restaurants from pizza to crab cakes to high end.
Owner is actively involved (not outside property manager) and she is always available to answer all of your questions.

Hassle free parking as my 2 parking spaces are assigned and reserved only for your use. Outdoor shower to rinse off your feet and beach chairs and Fido too!
Patio table and chairs for 6 on common deck outside the front door.
2nd floor unit (up a flight of stairs) with no condo unit over or under you!
