Oceanfront Condo Dewey / Rehoboth (Excelente tarifa de noviembre a marzo)

Este hermoso condominio se encuentra justo en la playa. Puede disfrutar del amanecer mientras toma un café en la terraza privada. Si no quieres ir fuera simplemente abrir las persianas y disfrutar de la vista desde la sala de estar. No importa el clima, el océano viene a ti. La edad mínima para alquilar es de 27 años.

Es un gran escape para los meses de temporada baja, ya que está al lado de la playa de Rehoboth. La mayoría de los restaurantes en Rehoboth están abiertos todo el año, así como los cientos de centros comerciales en la Ruta 1 para aquellos que disfrutan de compras.

Se admiten mascotas fuera de temporada solo con aprobación y tarifa por escrito. Sólo mascota registrada puede ser en la unidad. animales domésticos no registrados serán eliminados.
No permitido mediados de junio, julio y agosto.

Our stay was excellent. The view of the ocean was perfect. The location of the condo was so good that we did not use our car for four days and walked everywhere instead. The immediate access to the beach was a dream. The WiFi was high speed and easy to connect to.

Lovely location, great for 4-5 people to stay. Living room with big windows facing the water that opens to a balcony. Rooms and kitchen are fine size for a beachside place. Main bathroom being attached to the kitchen is odd, but worked fine. My only gripe was that some of the windows were difficult to open as the locks seemed to be corroded (probably from salt exposure from being on the oceanfront). Also, while there's one parking spot, you can get a parking permit from the town hall that makes parking on the streets more feasible for another car.

This was such an easy check in. And the view was incredible! Nice to have a covered parking space too! The living space was spacious enough for a family of 4. The kitchen was laid out well. Bathrooms were a little tight but we knew that going into it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back again!

Had a great getaway weekend in this nice condo overlooking the ocean! Condo was VERY clean and comfortable for our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice oceanfront view w easy access to the beach.

Filthy accommodations but a beautiful view

This property overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is steps from the beach. The ONLY thing worthwhile about it was that it’s beachfront. It had YEARS of accumulated dirt everywhere. Sticky surfaces which were covered with old food or liquid residue. I doubt it had been cleaned in YEARS

Another Great Stay!

This property has the most beautiful view, easy access to the beach, easy parking, great place to wash off sandy feet, and everything you need for a comfy, easy stay with the exception of laundry. This was our second stay and it was even better than the first! It feels like home. It's nothing fancy, but you can have drip or K-cup coffee, use the dishwasher, take a bath, and use the balcony to watch the dolphins. Mary was quick to respond to a question we had. What was better this time was there was more TP stocked and the first time, there were ants in the kitchen area, but I am assuming it was due to the prior people staying, because we didn't leave out anything they would want and there were none this time around. Plenty of cups, dishes, silverware, etc. We did end up using the whole roll of paper towels by the end of the week, but made do. All in all, a very lovely stay! Would definitely stay again.

Mary was very responsive to our needs but the unit leaves a little to be desired. Ocean front view was great. The windows were so dirty we couldn't open them. The layout -- which can't be undone -- leaves a little to be desired.

Short Stay on Dewey Beach Delaware

The condo was in a good location right on the beach and facing the beach. It was in easy walking distance of a number of restaurants along the coastal highway. The unit is quite small and Dewey Beach is quite crowded and lots of traffic along the coastal highway even in late October. The area is probably a zoo during the peak season. We were use to mor space and quiet on the outer banks of NC.

Family getaway

Overall our stay was great! The location you cant beat to the beach and restaurant/bars. Somethings need updated like the couch, very old and dirty with stains. Shower location in the kitchen was odd but for it just being the two of us and the pups, it wasn't a big deal. Thank you Mary!

Cozy and bright

We had a great stay yet again this year. Dewey has become an annual event with our daughter and her dog during the first week on the “off” season when you can expect dogs to be at almost every umbrella. We ate on the deck where we felt like we were on a sand-free zone of the beach. The unit is well designed, keeping comfort and utility in a small footprint. The kitchen was nicely equipped — from a great coffee maker to a full size fridge. I cooked many of our meals, but we also took advantage of the terrific food that was just a 5 min walk away.

We loved the area. The people were all friendly, and we loved being able to take our dog, Gracey on the beach. The view of the ocean from the balcony was lovely. Our hostess was very helpful when we had any wpwyestiond. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Property

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property! The location could not be better. We were just steps away from the ocean, making it easy to go back to the home as needed when we were at the beach. We LOVED spending time on the balcony as we watched the waves crash and the dolphins swim by. The home itself was lovely. Everything was clean when we arrived and we really enjoyed the space. We loved being able to see the ocean from the living room and kitchen. My daughter enjoyed the ocean view from the window of the second bedroom as she read books. We had a wonderful stay here and plan to return!
