This newly renovated condo only one black away from Bowling Green's exciting new entertainment district. Once you arrive you will have no need to get in your car again. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within steps of our home. The condo is extremely spacious, stylish, and comfortable, with smart amenities and unique touches of modern decor. Fully renovated in 2022 complete with industrial brick wall, 24 carat tile shower and lots of other beautiful touches to ensure a 5 star stay! Perfectly located near campus to attend any sporting events at Western Kentucky University, Beech Bend Corvette Museum or Mammoth Cave.

There's just something special about visiting the heart of the city, and Bowling Green is fortunate to have undergone a revitalization that is still bringing renewed interest in downtown and Fountain Square. The City of Bowling Green has launched a new entertainment district "I want to make sure that we're bringing more people into, our downtown, so that we can basically say, this is a one stop place that you can enjoy yourself. You can live, work, and have fun here in Bowling Green," City Commissioner Carlos Bailey said. There are so many hidden gems in this city with lots of attractions to experience here, but we feel a visit to Bowling Green just isn't complete without a trek around our charming downtown.

The rooms was not clean, dog hair everywhere. Manager with a cleaning lady did come and vacuumed the rugs and shampooed the rugs but the smell of dog was still there. She also vacuumed the hardwood in the living room and hallway, and she mopped that area also.Just overall you could tell it wasn’t cleaned good at all.I am thankful for the promptness of the manager and coming and getting things in a better shape.

Everything was as describe. We had a good time in the area. It was great to be able to walk downtown. Only comment was there was only one chair to sit on outside. Lovely town and accomodations.

Great stay!

This first floor condo was very clean and comfortable. There were just two of us and our small dog but could easily see a family staying here. It is in a great location to shops and restaurants in downtown. We recommend Micki's on Main, 440 Main and Alley Pizza. Everything we did was just a short drive away.

Gorgeous and spacious...felt relaxing

I am relocating for work and needed about 1 1/2 week to stay for my first trip, my friend drove down with me for a few days and she arrived first. She was very impressed with the place! For myself, i stayed longer and it was right next to the downtown area and a straight shot to my new place of employment. In such an area to be able.to scope a lot out and no traffic.

Extended family visit, close to downtown, newly updated condo

We were so fortunate to find this beautiful, recently updated spacious condo very close to downtown. Walking distance to the Hot Rods stadium, parks and the square. Our stay was several weeks and it had all the wonderful conveniences of new appliances, huge TV, excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and furniture. Communication with the owner Wayne was excellent, welcoming and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when in Bowling Green. Highly recommend.

Overall a nice place. Good location and the condo is spacious. Host was great to communicate with. The only real negative was we would have felt better with better locks on the front French doors. Also no curtains or shades on them. The area seems up and coming while still having a charm to it.

Great Location - Wonderful Accomidations

We took our 3 high school kids on a road trip to Bowling Green. When we got there, it was wonderful to find that our VRBO exceeded expectations. This spot is a block and a half away from the town square. Our girls walked down to the coffee shop in the square for "coffee" every morning. Bowling Green is humid in the summer and the property managers were sure to have a very effective dehumidifier for our use. I emptied it twice a day and it made a huge difference in the comfort level. Very cool area. Make your Mammoth Cave tour reservations well in advance!

The condo was more than enough for us, it was very nice and our son loved the bunk beds, and the car decorations throughout. It was in a nice area, and I am sure when it is warmer it is a nice walk to fountain square as it was just a very short drive. It was very clean and quiet even though we had neighbors above us and beside us. The only problem we had was finding the parking on the backside of the building but other than that it was a very nice stay. The hosts were very communicative through email letting us know if we needed anything to contact them, it was very clean when we arrived, ready for us to check in on time in which we arrived at the condo right at 4pm. My family and I would most definitely recommend them and book with them again if we return to Bowling Green.
