Elegant Family Home near Kemah, League City, NASA Space Center, Galveston Beach

The Entire place is yours! Enjoy our newly renovated spacious elegant family home only 5 miles from Kemah! Our house is a perfect fit for families -- a two-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 2 spacious living areas, a dining room, washer/dryer, and a full all Stainless-steel appliance kitchen with all the essentials. Kemah Boardwalk, NASA Space Center, Galveston Beach, Trinity Bay, and Galveston Bay are all within close proximity along with many other attractions and shopping centers the area has to offer.

LAYOUT OF THE SPACIOUS HOME -- On the 1st floor you have a Main living room with High ceiling, Chandelier, stylish leather furniture and Large windows. Main Dining room, Breakfast room, all Stainless-steel appliance kitchen with granite bar style counter tops with all the essential dishes and cooking ware. All bedrooms have very comfortable Green Tea, cooling gel memory foam mattresses. One Queen-sized bedroom is located on the first floor across from the 1/2 bath and Main Living room. Up the Brazilian Koa wood stairs, you will find Loft areas and 3 bedrooms, a Loft style window lookout and a Loft style family room with leather sectional sofa. Engineered black Bamboo flooring. A Queen-size in one bedroom, a Queen-size in the second bedroom, and a King in the Master bedroom. All the upstairs rooms have easy access to the 2nd bathroom. Persons sleeping on the first floor will need to climb stairs to access the shower/bath. The Master bathroom has a shower, a claw foot tub, double vanity sinks, and a toilet room. There is a 75 inch Hdtv in the Living room and 55" Hdtv in the family room with Xfinity cable. 1000 Mbps Xfinity Wi-Fi. Outside is a large, covered patio Gazebo with firepit and egg chairs as well as a BBQ grill.

I live off-site, but I am always available for emergencies and always respond to texts and calls in a timely manner! We have a keypad on our door, so guests can check in at their convenience! You will have access to the entire house and community swimming pool with exception to the car garage and a few closets that I use for storage. I also ask that you do not use the fireplace.

**Guest Count: Maximum 8 guests.
**After 4-guest, there is an extra guest fee of $15 per person per night.
I trust that you will be honest with your guest count as I have cameras monitoring who goes in and out of my home. Therefore, if you are dishonest, I will know, and you will be penalized. If you plan to invite family, friends, or guests not included in your reservation, you must have my approval.
