This charming home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (All Tubs are soaking tub ONLY), comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The fully stocked kitchen includes all necessary cookware, a coffee machine, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, wine glasses, and more, making it ideal for both cooking and baking.

The living room is designed for relaxation, equipped with a propane gas fireplace perfect for cozy nights watching Netflix. Each room is fitted with smart TVs offering access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps.


Outdoor amenities include a large wrap-around deck with a gas grill and ample seating. Additionally, there is a tranquil sitting area with a fire pit under the trees, making it a perfect spot for entertaining family and friends.
Parking is available for a maximum of four cars.

Saw Creek Community Rules:

All guests must be registered at the office to enter the main gate. A list with names, addresses, and phone numbers must be provided 5 days prior to check-in.
No loud or unreasonable noise after 10:30 PM.
Respect neighbors by not playing loud music.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting rodents and wild animals.
All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before check-out to avoid community fines (a community map will be provided for reference).
