North Myrtle 2023

A fantastic place to stay. Super clean, smelled amazing on arrival. Nice and cool.Felt like home. Had everything we needed from the kitchen to beach stuff. It was awesome. I cant say enough good things. We will be back!

Overall Great Stay

The property was clean with easy access to the beach. Knowing how to operate the thermostat from the start would have been helpful, and the parking lot is not easy to utilize the designated space. A large pickup truck of a full time resident makes it difficult to come and go. The fridge and freezer also had difficulty keeping up with the demand. However, the owner was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Overall a great trip!

Perfect location for a beach getaway, Great beach access, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and everything we needed for beach. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Great location

Very convenient to everything on Hwy 17 (restaurants, amusements, etc.) Definitely not busy in that area, with several smaller condo buildings instead of the big high-rises, but it was also October and rather cool. The unit definitely needs updating, but talking with the owner during the week, it sounds like we were the last to enjoy the "decorations by the Golden Girls" interior before a redo. Looking forward to see what they do with the unit. The layout was great and very private.

The view is spectacular!

Like other reviewers said, the condo could use some updating (which they are doing the end of the year). However, the condo felt like home. Everything was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. Towels were super soft. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was even beach equipment in the front closet. Check in was easy and the host was quick to answer any questions. He even asked if it was ok for him to enter the property to secure the patio furniture from the oncoming hurricane. The property felt safe and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The view from the private balcony is spectacular any time of the day. Just a few steps through the dunes and you are on the beach! We had a great time even though the hurricane cut our trip a bit short. We would definitely stay at this place again!!

Great Location

Perfect location for our vacation. Could not get any closer to the beach. Quieter area with less craziness than Myrtle Beach. Communication was great. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly. We will be back - highly recommend!

Beachfront Bliss

The instructions and directions made the arrival very easy. The beach location was away from the huge complexs so the level beach was vast for playing bocce ball and spreading out. My wife and I stayed in the room with 2 twins which we pushed together to make a king(we have a strap from Amazon that goes around 2 twins for a king conversion). We slept wonderfully. The kitchen is well equipped to make whatever you want as well. The dining table with 6 comfortable chairs was perfect for board and card games as well. Everything was very clean and the owner even provided a couple extra beach chairs so we could save packing space and leave our chairs at home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The condo was a great location, right on the beach and easy access. The condo could use some updating and repairs but if you're looking for something easy and minimal it's a great place to stay.

Family Vacation/Softball Tourney

This place was perfect for the 5 of us. Juan always answered phone or text within minutes and everything was as advertised! Great location, quiet, and pool was a bonus!

Great location, comfortable stay

This condo is in a perfect location, no high rise condos next door, so the beach was not crowded and none of those annoying rental chairs/umbrellas taking up beach space. The condo is the perfect size and the pool was good sized too. The condo was clean, but it is old and looked like it was undergoing some cosmetic repairs (nail hole patches, peeling wallpaper, old carpet, etc.). If your looking for luxury this is not it, but it is the perfect size and location for a family. I would definitely come back again! We loved it here.

Exactly what we wanted for an ocean front stay

If your looking for perfect then pay more somewhere else. But it was perfect for our family. Close to the beach easy access. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Everything worked and was clean.

Great Place!

We loved our stay here. We loved that it was 3 bedrooms for a great price. The view off the deck was great. You could walk right out onto the ocean and because it's a small complex, it was never crowded on the beach at this location. Everything was well stocked. Washer/Dryer was so nice to have. They had beach equipment as well! It's a little dated but clean and the owner is about to do some renovations! One note - no golfcarts. But, that's most condo complexes here. Thank you so much for letting us stay.
