The Space:

Covid note: it is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. We’ve upped our efforts going beyond CDC and AirBnB cleaning guidelines to ensure a high standard of clean. All surfaces/areas are thoroughly cleaned and all linens are swapped between each guest. We provide a contact-free check in and the entrance-way is in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas.



Parking: Easy access private parking. 2 Parking passes will be left out for you to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 27 steps to get to unit on 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad access code.



Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Keurig machine along with a starter kit of Keurig cups included! .



Family room: Roku allows you to access any of your streaming services on the flat screen TV. Sofa is a queen pull-out with a gel foam mattress, which means you can't feel any springs!



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.



Master Bedroom: Balcony access and beach views from the master bedroom! King bed with memory foam topper.



Master Bath: Newly updated February 2021! Walk-in shower, Must-see!



Guest Bedroom: King bed with memory foam topper.



Guest Bathroom: located in hallway off of family room. Full shower/tub.



Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises! Balcony overlooks pool and deck area for complex as well.



Pool: Complex pool is oceanfront and open year round!



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys in the condo for you to use.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



Deck Area: lounge chairs and tables provided for complex use. Grilling area for guests right off of deck.

A perfect central location in North Myrtle Beach!



✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 19.6 miles

🐟 Cherry Grove Pier is about 3 miles

Getting Around:

The complex offers easy access parking for guests, a reasonable walking distance to nearby restaurants (~10 min to Main St) or else order an Uber/Lyft to where ever you need to go. Great central location so are within a quick drive to all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment the area has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine Pest Control happens quarterly on the 4th day of that month (3rd or 5th for July). The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.



PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
