Unidad de esquina - De techo a piso, envolvente con vista al mar

Shoreham Towers II es uno de los edificios frente al mar más exclusivos y exclusivos de North Myrtle Beach. Pocos propietarios alquilan, por lo que la playa no está tan llena como en los grandes resorts. Nuestra unidad de esquina de 1650 pies cuadrados cuenta con ventanas envolventes de techo a piso y balcones en cada habitación. ¡Las vistas de la costa son espectaculares!

Tenemos mucho cuidado y placer en mantener y actualizar nuestras cinco casas: Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) y Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

No utilizamos una agencia. La propietaria, Margaret Williams, quisiera hablar con todos los inquilinos por primera vez. La limpieza es una prioridad.

Esta unidad está bellamente amueblada y equipada con muchas comodidades y servicios del hogar. Los muebles se mantienen en buenas condiciones, los colchones son de primera calidad y la limpieza es absolutamente esencial. Ofrecemos limpieza de salida y ropa de cama. Los alojamientos para dormir son rey en maestro, reina en segundo, gemelos en tercero.

El hogar tiene cuatro televisores, DVD y acceso a internet de alta velocidad por Wi-Fi. Hay un amplio estacionamiento en el lugar y un lobby seguro. Los vertederos de basura están en cada piso. Parrilla, área de picnic y baños junto a la piscina. También en el nivel de la playa hay una unidad de almacenamiento privado con sillas de playa, tablas de surf y juguetes de arena (el suministro varía según los elementos).

Los alquileres son de sábado a sábado. Somos un condominio para NO FUMADORES, y esta política también se aplica al área del balcón. No se admiten mascotas, no se permiten motocicletas en la propiedad. Solo adultos mayores de 25 años y familias.

Everything about this condo was top notch. Margaret, the owner, is the perfect hostess. It was immaculate, everything is in perfect working order, and you don't need much more than your clothes when you check in. we are looking forward to another visit.

Relaxing and pleasant

Exceptional in all ways. Condo exceeded expectations and communication with Mrs. Williams were excellent. Close to Bare Foot Landing and short ride to Broadway. A short walk to local Pub and ice cream store. Having a beach storage unit a great plus. Very clean and great decor. Views from balconies were great.

Best Condos on the Beach!

We love these condos- they are the best on the beach! Super clean and always comfortable stay with lots of great views. Owner (Margaret) is great to work with if there are any issues. Look forward to vacationing again next year in one of the Williams' condos!

This condo was well maintained, extremely clean, supplied with many useful items, and beds were so comfortable. The view was spectacular! More than adequate parking. Easy access to beach and excellent communication with owner. Would highly recommend this unit.

Our week vacation

2 days rain but we were located right on the beach so we can watch the waves which was very relaxing. The rest of week was beautiful. The condo was clean and well supplied and exactly as presented on the site. Would definitely recommend staying here

The perfect get away!

My adult children and I came to Myrtle Beach to rest and unwind from a long and grueling Buffalo winter. Our trip could not have been better - the condo is beautiful and has all of the amenities that we needed. The patio - perfection! Ideal for watching the sunrise every morning. Our weather in April was sunny and warm every day. I LOVED our stay and am trying to figure out when I can go back!! I would highly recommend this beautiful space, go and enjoy yourselves!

Beach Trip

We had a great time, our only complaint is working the TV’s. We have stayed there 2 times and both times we all had problems watching television. Just turning them on was a nightmare. I’m not blaming Margaret for this, I think it’s spectrum cable and Visio TV?

Great place to stay!

One of the best Places I had stayed in. Beautifully decorated. Owner thought of everything. Lots of windows, making for awesome views. Even saw Dolphins out in the ocean. Would highly recommend this place to put on your bucket list!!

Fall Getaway

This property is fantastic and Margret is awesome! We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you need for a great getaway. Comfortable beds, well kept condo that has everything you will need for your stay. View’s you will love right out on the balcony. The beach at your doorstep with beach chairs available for your use in the sand room lock-up. We will come back here again for sure!

Fall week away

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. We love the open concept and all the natural light. The beds were very comfy and the view is amazing. Very clean, very easy check in/out, and great communication. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo and beach!

This condo is so nice very clean and updated.Lots of nice extras to help your stay like dish soap paper products coffee and filters.The host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and was available for us if needed.The beach is so quiet and very clean the pool was also clean . Beautiful clean Condo

Condo was super clean and well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. By far one of the best condo my family and I have stayed in and that says a lot we have been going to N.Myrtle for 25 yrs. Unfortunately we were there during the storm Debby, but we made the most of it and had fun. Margaret was amazing checking in with us and asking if we needed anything, she is awesome!

Exceptional

The pictures don’t do the size of the condo justice. We were surprised at how big it was. There was 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 kids. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other like we have at past places. The location was great. The beach was not too crowded. The condo itself had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. There’s a full size washer and dryer in the unit which was a bonus. Margaret was great with communication! The only “complaint” from me and it really isn’t even a complaint was that there wasn’t any other kids there and a lot of middle aged people and so when we were at the pool and the older people were there, I felt like I was ruining their quiet time because my kids were loud and playing. It may have just been the week we were there too. Maybe different weeks there will be other kids. I just kind of felt like mine were being annoying to others. Overall though, it was a fantastic week and I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful!

This is the nicest place I have stayed in Myrtle Beach. It is the cleanest of any VRBO I have stayed at. The windows looking out at the ocean are floor to ceiling and make it feel like you are next to the water. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has many pots, pans and anything you need. I can’t wait to come back.

Family Vacation

Condo was very clean, well stocked, and the location is perfect. Everyone we encountered there was very friendly and helpful. Complex is well maintained and very quiet which made for a very relaxing week. Host is amazing and communicated with us all throughout the process.
