Whether entertaining, traveling for business, exploring, or simply unwinding, this urban oasis is the perfect retreat.
This two story home is the perfect spot for any group, featuring modern, cozy bedrooms and living spaces and a large backyard with firepit, grill, and plenty of seating. We invite you to enjoy our home and the area to the fullest! Enjoy a cup of coffee out on the back patio, spend cozy night in or an evening under the stars around the fire pit. This home is all yours to enjoy during your stay.
This two story home is the perfect spot for any group, featuring modern, cozy bedrooms and living spaces and a large backyard with firepit, grill, and plenty of seating. - Sectional couch includes a pull out queen bed for additional sleeping option

QUIET HOURS: We have a wonderful, close knit community. Because we want to respect our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours when using the back yard after 9 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends.
NO PARTIES: We respect our neighbors and have a ZERO tolerance for parties. Unless you have received written permission, any unregistered guests will constitute the beginning of a party, and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, but this is NOT the place to have a party. We appreciate your cooperation.
SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: There are two security cameras located on the exterior of the home overlooking the backyard and one facing the carport. Cameras record audio and visual. Cameras may be recording audio/visual at any time. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.

Beautifully spacious home in the heart of SoKno with a large back yard the whole family can enjoy. Immaculately designed with multiple layers of chic decor that even the most discerning eye will appreciate. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms the whole family has plenty of space to spread out.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
- The home is literally on an island inside of a neighborhood. There are streets on all sides. It's very unique.
- The driveway will only fit 3 cars comfortably.
- The backyard is NOT fully fenced in. There are several large entrances without a gate in the fence. Please watch your children and pets when they are in the back yard. We recommend keeping pets on a leash in the backyard.
