The private backyard is an oasis in and of itself, with a refreshing swimming pool, large sundeck, and outdoor lounge furniture surrounded by palm trees. With such spacious accommodations, this home-away-from-home can accommodate up to 10 guests. If you have a larger party, Palm Breeze II (Vrbo Listing #2870968) is available next door and offers space for eight more vacationers.

Nestled in a relaxed residential community, a paver stone drive and a well-manicured lawn greets you upon arrival. Inside, the open great room is warmly lit with natural sunlight that filters through several windows. Tiled floors and fun floral accents extend throughout the space. The living room includes a leather sofa, loveseat, and arm chair as well as an additional accent chair. The seating ensemble centers around a rug and a white drink table. A flatscreen TV is provided for entertainment. In the adjacent dining area, a raised hardwood table is surrounded by eight chairs. The open kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and offers ample room for preparing vacation meals. It includes spacious honey-toned cabinetry, sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a raised breakfast bar with seating for three.

The home’s primary suite boasts a king-size bed, light-wood furnishings, sea-inspired wall décor, and a TV. Its ensuite bath has a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Two of the guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed. One is decorated with pale-green furnishings, while the other features furniture of warmly toned hardwood. The final bedroom is a bunkroom with one twin-over-full bunk and one twin bunk—perfect for the kids and kids-at-heart of the group!

When not relaxing indoors or at the beach, the backyard is the place to hang out. The lagoon-shaped pool is refreshing, and the lounge chairs are great for soaking up the sun. A BBQ grill is provided, making it easy to serve a poolside meal while enjoying the coastal breezes. Add a cocktail, and you have the recipe for a perfect evening with family and friends.

The fun doesn’t stop there! Guests have access to the deeded Seashells by the Sea neighborhood beach access, putting the beach only a five-minute walk away. Other nearby conveniences include restaurants, grocery stores, and coastal activities in Miramar Beach. Pompano Joe’s is a favorite beachfront restaurant with good seafood and even better views. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive reduced rates for golf, tennis, and recreation rentals at the nearby Seascape Resort.
