The second and third bedrooms one with a queen bed and the third with a double bed and large closets and a TV. They share a full-size bathroom that has a large stand-up shower with a seat inside and a large vanity/sink. The large family room equipped with a large TV for everyone's viewing opens up to the family dining area so everyone can enjoy their time together whether it's dinner time or enjoying family games at the table. In the living area the sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper. The family room has double doors that lead to a sunroom at the back of the house to escape and read a book or just peaceful time. The kitchen is right off the dining area and is equipped with all the cooking utensils a cook will need, there is also a small nook with a table for those early morning risers looking for their cup of coffee. Right off the kitchen, you will find your large laundry room, and a half bath across from the laundry area. Now as you walk out the door leading into the garage there is an entry door to a Studio sleeping area that also has its own entry from the front, with a Queen bed, a love seat with TV, M/W, and dorm Frig., and a room with twin bunk beds and TV. Across from the bunk room you will see a large bathroom with double sinks with a tub and shower.
Beach Sanctuary is also conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach. Popular restaurants and beach bars are only minutes away on Scenic Gulf Drive. Just 4 minutes to the east you will find Baytown Wharf which has fun for the children and Golf, restaurants, clothing stores and even a movie theater.
