Experience a private "at home feel" vacation rental. Our home features a master bedroom with king bed and master bath, along with 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds and a guest bath. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with 50 " smart tvs along with high speed secure wifi. Enjoy the bonus media room with a 65" smart tv, perfect for cuddling up on those rainy afternoons. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, pantry and dining area. Our home is furnished with a full size washer and dryer.

Guests can enjoy the luxury of having a pool just steps from your back door! The backyard is equipped with a 11'x24' private pool with seat ledges on both ends. You get the best of both worlds with the pool being partially shaded and in full sun. Outdoor furniture is set up in the form of a grill, outdoor dining, lounges and umbrellas. Guests are welcome to utilize our deck box containing chairs, beach toys and pool floats.

Utilize the provided 6 passenger golf cart to travel to the private beach access. The private beach access is located approximately 300 yards from Surf Hut. The garage is not accessible at this property, but the driveway holds the golf cart, and 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited.

Pets are family too! Our home is pet friendly and is set up for your pet to have some fun in the sun. Our large backyard provides plenty of room for your four legged friends to exercise and contains a side yard with grass. Pets must be on leash when outside of the home. Guest are required to pick up pet waste.

Our home is conveniently located between Scenic Gulf Drive and Emerald Coast Parkway. Enjoy shopping at Destin Commons located right across highway, pick up groceries at Winn Dixie nearby, or grab a bite to eat at nearby restaurants such as Chick fil A, or Five guys at your backdoor. Destin/Miramar has so much to offer, including white sand beaches, restaurants, Crab Island, shopping, family fun centers all of which are within a 15 minute drive.

*Pool Heat Fee- $600 weekly plus tax (Excluding Dec-Feb)
*Pet Fee- $175 per pet plus tax

**Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Renters must be at least 25 years of age** Security camera located at the front of the property.

My host was awesome and so very helpful. The house was spacious, very clean and had every amenity that we needed. It was within walking distance of restaurants and mall. The beach was beautiful and very accessible. We give it a 10/10

House was perfect, enough space for everyone to have room. Back yard was amazing with room for the dogs and the pool was a perfect alternative for everyone. Close to the RV park where the rest of our family stayed and stores were all very close. Lots of places to eat that are very close. Couldn't have found a more perfect place.

Family vacation

Enjoyed our week long stay! The golf cart is definitely a bonus!! It was a quiet neighborhood besides the very early morning dumpster emptying on the other side of the fence. Had a few issues with the main tv working properly in the living area.

Family Vacation

Well maintained home! Great location to the beach and surrounding restaurants as well as souvenir shopping. The golf cart was a bonus and using it instead of our vehicles was a plus for our family!

Great Location

We had a great stay! The house is in a great location - very short walk to beach & restaurants. Having the golf cart was great for when we wanted to go a little further or didn't want to walk. The house is very comfortable!

Wonderful place to vacation!

We had an amazing trip even though it was cut a little short due to weather (our choice to leave a little early). The house is just fantastic. Very clean! The pool is clean and has the perfect amount of sun and shade. Plenty of outdoor seating and a grill. Everything exceeded our expectations! And the property manager Shelby is an absolute dream to work with. She made our check in super simple and organized. She was VERY responsive and while we didn’t really have any issues during our stay she was super quick to answer any questions we had. We also left a wallet behind and Shelby and her cleaning crew went above and beyond to find and return it to us promptly. The location is fantastic. Very close to the beach access point and the golf cart made transporting our family to and from super easy. We had an amazing trip and enjoyed our stay in this comfy cozy home. Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
