Bring the whole family to our lovely home with lots of room for fun. This home features a stunning fully enclosed in-ground pool. Enjoy the day in the backyard grilling out, swimming, and lounging on the sofa. Inside the spacious home you will be greeted by lovely coastal decor, 4 bedrooms, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Within 10 minutes you will find the Bucaneers stadium and downtown Tampa! Take a 45 minute drive to the #1 rated Gulf Coast beaches or 1.5 hour drive to Disney!

Please note there are two security cameras at this property: 1 is located on the front porch, and one is located in the backyard facing the pool. These have been placed for guest safety.

The house had a great lay out. We were there from July 15-23. It would be nice to have more paper products for such a long stay. We had to go out to purchase those products. The location of the house was great. It was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood.

An enjoyable short stay! :)

This is a gorgeous property, which is just as described (but is even nicer than the photos in real life)! Soooo much space for our family of 6 (my husband and I, three children (aged 6, 11 and 15) and my mother. The rooms are very spacious, the sofa and beds were very comfy, and the kitchen was more than adequately equipped with everything you would need. A 12 minute drive to Tampa airport and only a few mins away from large grocery stores. We didn't have much time to enjoy the outside/pool area unfortunately but it was a lovely, serene area.Would definitely stay there again!

Girls trip

I booked this house for a girls trip and loved it! It had everything and Chevie provided clean towels and sheets along with a well-stocked kitchen. It was a very spacious and comfortable house to sleep all 6 of us! I recommended this place!

All nice but!

This is a nice house with great location to downtown and airport. We were there for few days for a wedding. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only reason for 4star review was the snake nest in the backward. I guess this could be expected for Florida but wasn't for my kids. Host said they would send pest control but no one ever showed up. We were not able to use the pool nor enjoy the backward. Everything else was very nice.

Great spot for a weekend with friends

The property was clean and taken care of. We appreciated the flexibility on check in time as our flights and travel plans changed. We stayed with 10 adults for a weekend and it suited our needs well!

More Than We Expected!!

The description of this property does it no justice. Our family was blown away by this amazing home!! Great house, excellent amenties from the kitchen to the pool located in a beautiful neighbor. We came down for a college graduation. Our location had us within minutes of downtown Tampa, restaurants, and the State Fair Grounds. This home was more than accommodating for our small group of 8. We would definitely recommend this home and will come back again and stay.

Girls trip (Senior)

I recently stayed at this beautiful VRBO for my daughter's senior trip and I couldn't ask for a better location. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with four decent-sized rooms to accommodate my family. The pool area was also amazing and perfect for us to hang out outside. What I really love about this location was how close it is to everything we wanted to do in Tampa. We were able to get to our destinations so quickly, and even if we didn't have a car, Ubering would have been very easy. The host was also amazing, always there to respond whenever we had questions or concerns. Overall, I absolutely loved this house and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Tampa. It's the perfect location, well-appointed, and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. I know for sure that I will definitely be renting this property again for my next family trip to Tampa.

Great Location and Very Clean Property

Clean rental property. Great location for me and my group of friends. Outdoor area and pool are great. Bedrooms are as described. Ceiling fans in every room so that helps keep it cooler without turning the AC below 70 degrees. Water pressure in the showers is weak especially when both showers are being used at the same time. I gave the accuracy of the online listing a 4 because not all the information is there. On checkin day, the property manager will try and upsell you on whether you want the pool heated or not. Once we found out there was a $50 charge per day to heat the pool we passed. That information should be on the online listing. The property manager mentioned the heat was on for the past couple weeks so it should be hot for another day. I believe the pool was actually heated the entire time we were there so I dont think it was shut off and I think the property manager was trying to get some extra $$ before checkin. So be aware since that extra cost information to heat the pool isnt included in the online listing. The kitchen isnt well stocked. It worked for me and my group because we only cooked breakfast. I'd imagine if you had a larger group and were cooking larger meals it would be difficult. Overall, the property was great for our needs and communication with the property manager was quick and easy. I would stay there again.

Very Clean, spacious, and top notch location!

A group of friends and I stayed here for a golf and Blue Jays spring training trip. The property is very clean and spacious. The pool was a great hangout between golf rounds. This location is central to many attractions, downtown as well as many golf courses. Definitely will book this place for our next tampa trip.

Beautiful House!

We had the BEST stay at this home!! Very clean, every single amenity you can imagine was available. The pool needed a vacuuming but was fine for swimming. DEFINITELY recommend this property and this owner.

Clean and snug, pool service needs improvement

It was a nice clean house. I do feel it was very overpriced and then they upcharged for the pool and then it seems someone forgot to turn it on since it was not very warm when we arrived. Also the pool cleaning happened at 5pm after our check in and the pool was very very chlorinated. So much that it burned our eyes. The next day the pool was very warm which we loved and the chlorine settled a bit but we still smelled chlorine even after we got home😆
