This cabin was very spacious and worked well for a group of 17! Being on the 10th hole was great for a group of golfers! Cabin was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay there again.

Spacious cabin with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy check-in process, great communication with the hosts, and a well stocked kitchen made the trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful family week-end together. There was enough room for all 17 of us. We had 10 adults, 5 children and 2 babies. There were lots of things to do. The kids had a blast on the swings.

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed here with our kids and grandkids. The place was spacious enough to accommofate all of us and positioned close to Terrace Lakes

This was an older, but wonderful, property in a nice location on a golf course, within walking distance of a pool, pickleball, tennis, and the clubhouse. The property is well stocked and though the kitchen isn't huge, it did the trick. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family, including a huge bunk room. Our purpose was rafting and relaxation and this property worked great! There was a decent parking spot available for our long raft trailer, in addition to several spots for cars. Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely book again!

In general, very good. We had a good time there with our family. Some knocks: While the master bed was good, some of the others needed new mattresses. No real view from the deck as it is protected from golfers by a thick stand of trees. Cleanliness was not so good when we arrived. We had to dust much of the house and clean the bathroom countertops as they had not been wiped off. The latch on the screen door to the deck was broken so we either had to leave glass door closed or open with no screen. A/C only in ground floor. Upper floor can get too warm during the day. Fortunately, it cools off quickly after sunset. Also would have been nice to know in advance that cabin is close to the Payette river with rafting and kayaking activities.

Overall Loved It!

We had a hiccup of getting into the home originally as there was a note we could call for a code but we had no cell service to actually call. When we did, there was no answer so for a bit we were scared we weren’t going to be able to get into the property. Once we got ahold of the neighbor with the code, we got right in. He was very helpful and kind. There was no need to worry like we did! The cabin was in an amazing location and we absolutely loved all the space. The decor is an older theme and we loved recalling so many things we had in our homes when we were younger. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again. We traveled with moms, aunts and girlfriends for a short two day stay and we had space to play games and all sleep privately. The deck is spacious and everything was clean. The one thing I will recommend to bring is a blue tooth speaker. We wanted to play some music, and we all forgot one!

Worked great for our family

Overall was great for a large family. The place was good but cluttered with stuff everywhere. There’s some maintenance/safety stuff that needs to be addressed. Kids play room had a light switch with no cover plate that was low to the ground. Could easily touch a live wire and shock someone. Downstairs toilet has a broken handle, there’s a large broken piece of plexiglass out on the deck, and broken toys were all over around the outside of the house. Would have liked it a lot more if it was more professionally ran and maintained properly.

Cabin on twilight

Bit of a glitch with the code to get into the home. Thankfully a friend of the owners had introduced himself and told us he helps take care of it. We were able to contact him and got into the cabin after 45 minutes we texted back and forth with owners but we were on different schedules so messages were not answered immediately.Overall the cabin was great and we would definitely recommend it

Great Gathering Location for Large Group

Great setup with lots of things to do at the property as well as near by golf course for sledding and community heates hot spring pool. Would go here again.

The house is great for family get togethers. It is in a remote area, but very beautiful vistas. The 6th bed room is just a day bed in the alcove, so only usable for a child. Kitchen is very well stocked.

Hiccup at first but great after!

Property was great and fit our whole family. After a rough start getting in it turned out to be a wonderful weekend! It is so beautiful and close to Terrace Lakes golf course a just down the street from the hot springs pool! Wecwish we could have stayed there for longer.

Great space for a large group!

Need a large space for a big group! This was perfect, the multiple levels it has gave us several spaces for different age groups to spread out. The deck was a bonus space and we were able to use it since the weather was nice.

Perfect space for a mixed group!

We were in Garden Valley for my son’s wedding and had the groomsmen staying with us along with grandparents and in-laws, etc. the space was so ideal for the guys to have their own space and the grandparents to have privacy, etc. this house is beautiful and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Very convenient to get to town and back. Would definitely stay again!

Family reunion stay

Nice place to stay, very spaciuos and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Close to river, we had a fun day playing in the water. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the foosball and outside swints. It was a little warm in the upstairs bedrooms. It was an overall nice place.
