This is a wonderful studio in the beautiful city of Clearwater. Within a few mins driving or biking distance to the famous Clearbeach, you'll enjoy the gorgeous sunset ocean view. Easy access to local restaurants, bars, and stores.
No matter you just want to chill out in the sunset or attend the concern in Coachment Park, this studio will be your perfect choice.
The space
The studio is in the harbor historical neighborhood with a cute garden in the front of the studio. It's very convenient to all your point of interest, Clearwater Beach (4 min), downtown Dunedin ( 10 min.), Tampa (30min.) Downtown St Pete (30min.)
It features full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove and dining table;There's a brand new queen size bed. My favorite part of the room is the corner has a sofa that can be extended to a small bed which is perfect for young children. Also, a foldable bed can sleep another adult if needed.
The closet has an electrical heater just in case if you think FL is too cold for you(JD).
50" of smart TV is a must-have when you don't want to go out and just chill it the room. It's loaded with app and movies. you can even hook up with your phone
