Property was as listed. Clean and stocked with what we needed for a comfortable stay(toiletries, cleaning products, towels, etc). Would stay again and recommend to others.

The unit was comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. The huge picture windows were cool and gave us a nice view. Check-in was amazingly easy (just show up and use the code on the door), and the host provided great information. My reason for three stars is that I don’t think it was cleaned well before we came. There was a used washcloth draped over the shower rod and a used bandaid on the floor. I also questioned whether the sheets had been changed. Also, when we woke up, there were a good many huge ants on the ceiling in the main bedroom.

Mother's day weekend 2024

My mother really enjoyed her stay! We all did, three generations, two mother's and one mother-to-be. The villa was awesome! Only concern was the "Do not Feed or Disturb Alligators! It was a relief that we did not see one!! My mom got a big laugh out of that! Thank you again.

Perfect for us

Overall the stay was great. The listing online is mapped incorrectly, the code to the cabana was incorrect, and the dining room chairs are extremely unstable. The back porch was our go-to hangout spot. The lagoon in the backyard had an alligator and a bunch of turtles and it was shady and cool. One of the pools is right around the opposite building. We had everything we needed and I would stay here again

Not accurate property info

We didn’t stay! Property appears to be on N Forest Beach but it’s on S Forest Beach and the very last unit deep in property. It’s very awkward inside (kitchen layout, function, stairs, etc). We were happy to get a refund.

Great place - loved it

Really great place - extended stay by a day! My only annoyance was walk to beach is about 10 minutes not as advertised. Little annoying but didnt spoil the trip - really lovely place!

Awesome condo in Hilton Head

We had the perfect weekend at this property! The location is great, very quiet, just a few short minutes to the beach, and very close to everything else. The condo was very clean and it had everything we needed. We loved the patio area but unfortunately it was too hot to be able to use it but we would love to come back at a cooler time of the year and take advantage of it. The host was very accommodating and super responsive! Highly recommend it.

Great "home base" to experience Hilton Head Island

The property was very clean and welcoming. We ended up extending our stay for an extra day we were enjoying it so much. it's a great location, which allows you to explore all of Hilton Head. Great place to come back to at night and the host was incredibly helpful, accommodating and responsive. 5 stars!

Fantastic condo near beach

My wife and son stayed in this perfect condo near the beach for 4 nights. We were very happy with our stay. The unit was extremely clean and modern and had everything that we needed. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return.

Spring Break 2023

Great property. Just as pictured. Family room/dining room has lots of natural light. Couple of things to keep in mind. There are stairs to the second floor. They are narrow and slightly wind around, almost like a spiral staircase. The steps could prove to be a challenge for some. The two bathrooms are on the second floor so using the steps would be required for anyone wanting to use the bathrooms. The stairs are well lit and do have sturdy banisters. The kitchen is a little small, at the most there could be two people in there. Not a big deal for us, we used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch only. There is only one ac unit. So upstairs could potentially get warm and there are no fans. The bathrooms could also use some hooks for towels as the one bar is short. We had to hang towels on the doors to dry. Very quiet location and super quick to Coligney Beach. Thanks for a great week!

Girls tennis weekend

Good accommodations and location for tennis clinic at VanDerMere in Shipyard. 2nd bedroom had 2 full size beds which was a major factor when choosing this property as we Had a party of 3 women. Good value for The money. Very quiet and beds were comfortable. Also nice shower heads/water Pressure. Host was very responsive.

Seascape Villas 👍

The property was really pretty. Even though it's wedged in there between everything else, it felt very secluded. It was indeed quiet, with the exception of the occasional siren or airplane going over. This place is a short walk to the beach via Alder Lane; we were at the very back of the property and it still only took 10 minutes(?) to walk. We rode bikes all over the place; Coligny Park is very close. The actual villa was quite spacious; very large downstairs with a sliding door to the patio, a fully functional kitchen with all the equipment you could need for making stuff, washer, dryer, etc. The master bedroom and bath was nice, while the 2nd bedroom had two double beds and a hallway bathroom. Overall, this was a really nice place. The only 4-star I give is because this crazy Vrbo app (iOS); getting and reading messages was very spotty. The only reason I got to read messages from the host was because the email notification included the body of the message.

I thought it was closer to the beach & swimming pool.

Easy to work with Vrbo & the owner. The price was very good. Didn’t have to drive far to get to wherever you needed to go. Hilton Head is beautiful.
