Enjoy inspiring golden sunrises by morning, and cap off the day with dramatic blushing sunsets in the evenings from the spacious furnished balcony. As part of the Sand Dollar community, you’ll also enjoy access to luxe amenities like a beachfront heated pool.

Inside your condo, find an inviting and chic living space with soothing seaside hues. Fully equipped, the kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Three well-appointed bedrooms provide ample space to recharge - with the sun-kissed primary suite offering direct access to the balcony. Added perks include smart TVs, a private washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach and popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It’s laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets, and its assortment of shops and restaurants helps visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, the community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It’s also home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country (a 5-minute walk from the Sand Dollar), and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A beach restoration project is scheduled to begin between 12/11-12/15 and will be completed by 1/31/24
Streaming is available using your own account.
Sand Dollar complex wristbands will be provided in the unit. They must be worn in the pool and common areas year-round.
From January 2nd - around January 12th, direct access to the beach from the building will be unavailable during daytime working hours. Direct beach access will be available before and after daytime working hours. During daytime working hours, beach access is still available south of the nearby seabird sanctuary.

Great location with a beautiful view

This would be 5/5 except the pool and hot tub were being renovated after the hurricane and we weren’t informed until a week before we checked in. Other than that, the unit was fantastic. Plenty of space, great views, and a very responsive host. We had an issue with the AC that was fixed promptly and overall we would stay again and 100%’recommend this location .promptlyand o

After the Storm

Overall, the area seem to be coming back strong from the storm. There were quite a few stacks of debris in the area but more so to the North end of the island. There were a lot of restaurants and and shops open so we had plenty to look at and do overall. It was a pleasant time. .shops up and everything seem pleasant

A bit disappointed

We had stayed at this property last summer and loved everything about it. We were a bit disappointed this year as we had a couple issues. First our door code didn't work. We communicated with Vacasa and they provided the code to the key lock box so that worked out. The toilet in the master bathroom would not fill after each flush. That was a problem as we had to take the tank lid off and press down the valve to fill the tank. Vacasa and the 'local team' communicated with us but nobody showed up to fix. At one point we were told that someone was on the property and we gave them permission to enter. We were there at the time and waited but, again, nobody arrived to fix even though we received a text saying it was "checked out and the toilets flushed properly". The last issue is the outside hallway light by the room with 2 queens. It constantly blinks like a disco light making it hard to sleep in that room. I would recommend a blackout curtain on that window instead of blinds.

Girls trip

We had a great stay for our girls weekend. The property was gorgeous exactly like the photographs. The location was amazing and we were able to enjoy the beach, it was very nice that the property had beach chairs for us to use. We were able to hang out and reconnect, the property was a home away from home. I would definitely go back!

Can’t beat the location

Rental was beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located. It was great size for family of 6 (ages 2 & 4) inc. grandparents. Being walking distance to the beach was priceless, as was spacious balcony w/ ocean views. There were plenty of pillows and towels, which we appreciated. And kitchen was well-stocked w/ dishes / bakeware. That said, experience w/ Vacasa, the mngmt company, was not great. It’s clear they have no familiarity w/ property itself. Every time you call/email a different person responds, and they were not very responsive. It often took days or weeks to reply to messages, even after several attempts to reach out. After not hearing from them for a while, I finally called and asked whether they had pack n play, high chair, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sand toys, etc. They told me no to most. So, I rented all of these items. Come to find out, the condo had all but the pack n play and beach umbrella. Obviously the person I spoke with had never been in the condo, nor had talked to anyone who had ever been in the condo. In the end, I’m glad I rented because 3 of the 4 chairs were broken. A provided baby gate was also broken, and provided box fans were also broken. Again, clearly no one from the management company had ever actually been in the condo or assessed the supplies and their workability. Also, pro tip: disable the Nest auto-setting for the thermostat and watch out for the pigeons on balcony. They made a huge mess and woke us up at 6 am everyday.

Beautiful beach spot

We had the most amazing time!! This condo is as beautiful as the pictures show. It’s well stocked and close to everything. Very highly recommended!

Great vacation getaway

This place was very clean, comfy beds, great kitchen with plenty of dining seating. More than enough extra towels and bedding. Heated pool and hot tub was nice! Our favorite was the huge deck with lots of seating and great views. Would definitely recommend this place for larger groups!

Awesome!

Everything was exactly like the listing. Lots of beach items( chairs, umbrellas & cooler) for those who fly and can't bring it with you. Steps away from the beach. Beds were comfy, balcony size was perfect. If you want to watch & hear the waves you have the perfect seat on the balcony!! We did not do any cooking, but restaurants are close by with delivery and pick-up. You can't go wrong with this location and this listing!! We hope to come back!

Fun family time

Great time. Great location. Condo owner needs to replace the worn out skillets and provide a griddle. Stairwell door (located next to our bedroom in condo) slams shut. 2 queen room needs curtains along with the the blinds to block out the outside light to allow that comes through window.

This was a great home away from home for our group. It appeared to be recently updated and very well appointed. In addition to this unit being on the top floor, you can enjoy views of the boats on the water way, as well as the beach itself, from the balcony. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

Perfect!

I can't say enough good things about this condo! It's even nicer than the pictures. The living room rug and some of the furniture has been updated since these pictures were taken. The deck is huge and overlooks the beach. The outside table and chairs was very sturdy and comfortable. The beds and furniture are EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable! The place was very clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the air conditioner, and they came out right away and fixed it! Beautiful place! Highly recommend

Family vacation

This property was amazing! It was clean, well equipped, and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay, being able to walk out to the beach was wonderful. We’re already talking about returning next year!
