1 bed, 1 bath attached guest room off 17 Mile Drive a few minutes from Pebble Beach Resort, The Hay and Spanish Bay. Access nearby beaches with picnic areas with exclusive P.B. gate exits to Carmel By the Sea and Pacific Grove. Close to Monterey, Cannery Row/Aquarium. Bright and airy, high wood-beamed ceiling, lots of windows that open to fresh ocean breezes! Forest & ocean views from the property. Unit is on the other side and away from the main house and has a private entry. Newer memory foam king bed. Bathroom has full marble. Couch folds down to sleep one, too. Kitchenette has sink and is stocked with a complimentary selection of coffee (K-cups), teas, hot cocoa, chips, snacks, bottled water, popcorn, soup, etc. One bottle of wine with cheese and crackers is waiting for you upon arrival. Mini fridge with freezer, microwave, 50" big screen with Bluetooth soundbar/subwoofer. Shampoo, soap, and basic bath amenities are provided. Quiet, secluded, and very relaxing - a great place to chill out by the electric fireplace, catch great sunsets or set up a home base for day trips to wine tasting in Carmel and local breweries, hiking in Carmel Valley, the best golf courses in the world, or all your heart desires on the beautiful Central Coast we are fortunate to call our home!

Unit is on the far side of the property with its own private entry. Private parking on a shared driveway is right next to unit. Owners live in the main house so no blocking of driveway. You will have in and out privileges at all P.B. gates as guests of the host. Speed limits are strictly enforced by Sheriff/CHP. Security cameras are mounted around the property. Del Monte Mall/Whole Foods is 10 minutes away. Gas and grocery (Safeway, Lucky, Trader Joe's) is 5 minutes. Many hiking and biking trails nearby. Point Lobos is 15 minutes south. Big Sur is 45 minutes south. Aquarium passes are available (must be returned). Daily breakfast consists only of granola bars, instant oatmeal packets, and muffins, all of which will be stocked in the unit (no hot breakfast is provided).

Owners are on site and available 24/7 for any issues, concerns, questions, etc. We have lived on the Peninsula for nearly 20 years and would love to share our favorite places with you or help you plan a wonderful vacation once you're here!
