This 3,015 sf home is located just a few blocks from the ocean and the scenic vistas along the famed 17 Mile Drive®. Beautiful sights and beaches await!
Enjoy golf, shopping, fine dining and all the attractions of the Monterey Peninsula including ample walking and biking trails, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and so much more.
Living Spaces
Open plan Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen
Indoor/outdoor living featuring floor to ceiling windows that fill the room with verdant light from the landscaped backyard. This open plan living space features a living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room and newly remodeled kitchen. Well-equipped for extended stays!
Family Room
From the breakfast nook, enter the Family Room, with sectional and bench seating surrounding a gas fireplace and very large screen TV with DirecTv satellite service. Additional access to the landscaped backyard can be found here as well.
Kitchen and Dining
Directly across from the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances including a gas stove and two wall ovens, drip coffeemaker, and bar seating for two. Enjoy a glass of wine with the chef at the light-filled kitchen island.
Additional dining for four is located off the kitchen, on the other side of the living area.
Back Yard
From the open plan living area, the family room and the primary bedroom, you have direct access to the beautifully landscaped back yard. Here, there are multiple places to sit and dine, or have a quiet cup of coffee while gazing out into the lush greenery. A large fire pit is a great gathering place.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Downstairs:
Bedroom #1 features a king bed, and a gas fireplace. Filled with light from floor to ceiling windows looking out to the back yard, and a sliding glass door for entry to the back patio. Flat screen tv with DirecTV satellite service and en suite full bath with a standing shower.
The large walk-in closet also contains the laundry center with front loading washer and dryer.
Bedroom #2 features a king bed, with a flat screen TV and DirecTv satellite service and a built-in desk. It is located near the hallway bathroom with a standing shower.
Upstairs, you will find Bedroom 3, featuring a queen bed, flat screen TV with DirecTv satellite service, and an en suite full bath with a standing shower.
Bedroom #4 is in the Guest Suite which is a fully self-contained unit which includes a kitchenette with a fridge, stove/oven and a coffee maker. The full Bath has a tiled standing shower. The bedroom/seating area has a king bed and a flat screen TV with Directv satellite service.
The separate entrance for the Guest Suite is through the back yard.
Laundry
Your laundry facility is located in the walk-in closet of Bedroom #1.
Parking
Parking available for several cars in the driveway or near the front entrance. The garage is not available for guest use.
Well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
Your furry friend must be attended at all times.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
