Nicely decorated 2+ BR home in quiet neighborhood

Newly furnished home is tastefully decorated. Great base camp for visiting the Black Hills or Monument Health. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby, 1 mile south of downtown Rapid City. Includes laundry in basement, front porch, back deck with grill. Since it is new, I don't have alot of reviews, but all my properties average 4.85.

Needs some work

This property served its purpose and gave us a place to eat and sleep, but it needs some extra attention. Front porch is in disrepair, water and ice do not function on the refrigerator. Ceiling fans/lights worked, but pull strings didn’t allow for easy operation. Laundry was a plus, however, the basement has a significant water issue that we were not made aware off. Had to squeegee the floor to gain access to the washer and dryer. Should probably have this fixed before allowing any more guests. The room “under construction please stay out” raised a few red flags especially give the water issue. Can only imagine mold is an issue. Cleanliness rating is for the basement. The rest of the house was clean.

Made for a great short vacation in SD

This was a perfect place to stay to visit the parks and sites in S. Dakota. Near the house was a grocery in walking distance, and restaurants nearby. It worked perfectly for my friend and me.

Met our needs

Cute little house, met our needs had a few hiccups we fixed that he fixed the AC, my children said the beds are uncomfortable but I slept okay, I would recommend a recliner for the older people. But all in all it was simple easy and close to where we wanted to go.

1st Family Vacay!

House was cute, seemed like a great neighborhood! Dan was super easy to work with! All the beds were really cozy, but so squeaky & the air conditioner didn’t work. But there were extra fans so that was nice. Overall, pretty good stay!

Great location for a Black Hills stay

We stayed here as part of a 2000 mile upper Midwest road trip. It’s a great base to explore the Black Hills region. We had 3 adults. The king size bed was good. The mattress on the twin was ok, but the springs could be felt on through the mattress on the trundle. One in our group ended up sleeping on the sofa. While the description says newly furnished, the furnishings definitely aren’t new from the store. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and we were able to prepare basic meals. The parking was very easy; the host was responsive; and getting into and out of the house was very easy.

Lovely place

A short drive to crazy horse and Mount Rushmore! Also a McDonald’s is 3 blocks away very convenient for us because we had little ones, it’s was a very lovely place had everything you need for a stay and it’s very clean

Sweet little house

My son & I enjoyed our stay in Rapid City. This house was conveniently located and made it easy to get to all of the SD parks and attractions we were interested in visiting. It was the perfect size for the two of us, with all new furnishings. The neighborhood was nice and homey feeling.

We had a few hiccups during our check-in process that were beyond the owners control. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and discounted our stay. Communication was wonderful. He called and text us over the weekend to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He was wonderful to work with. I would stay again and would recommend. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed

Excellent stay

The home was perfect for our trip. We used it as home base to make day trips around the area. Just what we wanted and would definitely recommend this place.

Rapid City Weekend

Spur of the moment trip to meet family in Rapid City. Booking was easy. I even messed up the datea but the owner made the correction for me quickly. We had internet problems which the owner quickly resolved with just one text. Home was clean and comfy - just south of downtown.

Perfect, simple place

Came out to hunt and fish and needed a place to call home for the long weekend. The house was exactly what we needed. Good location and amenities. Would highly recommend this house!

Nice place close to Badlands and Black Hills

We chose this place because it was centrally located for the places we wanted to visit. It was clean and very nicely furnished. When the thermostat stopped working and the AC stopped working the owner was over quickly to fix the problem.

Great place

The house was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is super convenient to all attractions in the Black Hills and to downtown Rapid City. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property for this area.

Comfy, Clean and Moder

Centrally located for sightseeing

The location was perfect as a home base for day trips to Mount Rushmore, Badlands National Park and great hiking in Custer State Park. Management very responsive. Great to have both drip coffee maker and Kuerig.
