The property is as indicated in the listing. Very clean with a very homey feel. The hot tub and view are fantastic. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very informative and helpful. No complaints.

It is a lovely home. Beautiful sunset views. Driving time to the park entrance was 30 minutes. Food shopping is 10 minutes away. The hot tub was very relaxing. We really appreciated the full size washer and dryer

Fabulous cabin in Elkton VA

We spent three fabulous days here in June/July 2024. The property itself is beautiful and in a spectacular setting. Communication with the owner was very smooth. The location is ideal for exploring the Shenandoah area and we enjoyed driving the Skyline Drive, a visit to Luray caverns and kayaking on the Shenandoah river. We came back in the evenings to eat out on the deck followed by relaxing in the hot tub and watching the spectacular sunsets. Very special memories made, totally recommended.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to gather and celebrate Thanksgiving. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. Whenever we requested information, Nick was quick to respond. We highly recommend this for a family getaway.

Amazing Experience

The home was clean, beautiful, and the views were incredible. The sunsets over the mountain (and the deer grazing) were beautiful from the hot tub. My ten year old daughter and I loved foraging for wild raspberries and blueberries in the back of the property. There is a trail off of the driveway that is a great walk on the edge of Shenandoah National Park. Close location to Massanetten and not far from Charlottesville and Madison County. Nick was an excellent host and helped to make our trip memorable. We will certainly be back!

Mountain getaway

This was the perfect place to experience staying in the mountains for the first time. The house was perfect for our family…three siblings, two spouses, mother, and two grandchildren. Plenty of room and lots of great amenities. The property was in a gorgeous location with amazing views of the mountains. It was out of the way and close enough to breweries and fun touristy activities.

Renovated cabin in the woods

The place was amazing, lots of amenities, clean, amazing view of the mountin, and felt very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay at the place again. The sunset overlooking the mountain around the campfire is a memory my wife and I will never forget.

Beautiful House in the Mountains!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed house in Shenandoah. The house was clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. The backyard was huge and had a beautiful view of the sunset over the mountains. The host, Nicholas, was also extremely helpful when we needed help!
