This is a new home build in late 2020 contemporary river home, river front with hot tub, firepit with plenty of wood and your own private dock great for fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating and more. Wake up to amazing views every morning. This home is shared by the owner 2 separate levels, upper levels and grounds is all yours to enjoy!!! Very quiet property with no close neighbors on almost 2 acers with large front and backyard areas.

We had such a great time at this riverfront home! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and has everything we needed for a relaxing couples and friends getaway. The hot tub was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, and the river was absolutely awesome—clean, refreshing, and perfect for all of our paddle boards and other float toys. Having a private dock made it so easy to enjoy the water all day, whether it was paddling, swimming, or just lounging by the river.The property itself is clean, quiet, and spacious, with no close neighbors and tons of room in the yard to spread out and enjoy. We couldn’t see any other houses from the property, which made it feel incredibly private and secluded. Either sitting on the 2nd level deck, or waking up to those incredible river views every morning and evening was a highlight. The views of the river from the spacious open living area and bedrooms were spectacular. An added bonus is the fire pit for winding down in the evening or night (plenty of wood provided, which was a nice bonus).We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—this home really is a gem, and we’d love to come back again!

Family Vacation

We had such an amazing week at River Paradise! The house was super clean and spacious with amazing views of the river. It's located near all the attractions with a short drive but away from everything with tons of privacy. The house is stocked with anything you need. We enjoyed fishing off the floating dock and floating in the river. In the evening we would relax in the hot tub and cook out on the grill. Gary is an excellent host and very accommodating! We would love to come back during the fall to see all the beautiful colors. Perfect place for a family and super kid friendly. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic property! We loved our stay! Beautiful home and the owner Gary has thought of everything. Great location and close to many local attractions. The river location itself is awesome. Our kids loved floating the river and fishing. Perfect yard for pets and it is kept so nice and clean. Owner does an amazing job and it shows! We will definitely be back!

Loved the house! Perfect accommodations and air conditioning was wonderful. Did not know there was a road between the house and dock, which was tricky with little ones. But the spa tub was a hit!!!

My stay was fabulous! Very relaxing! The house was absolutely spotless and the pillows were amazing! Having the extras…fire wood, dish soap, laundry soap, TP, paper towels and hand soap so I didn’t have to pack them was a huge plus! My granddaughters 10 and 11 had a great time canoeing, swimming, fishing and s’mores. Will definitely recommend. Thank you!

Gorgeous, well maintained property along the beautiful Shenandoah River

Gorgeous, well maintained property along the beautiful Shenandoah River. This property is just stunning. Tons of open space for a family to roam and kids to play. The fire pit next to the river is a great touch for evenings. The deck overlooks the river and you can watch the sunset through the trees. My favorite part of our stay was sitting on the porch rockers reading at dusk. The hot tub is very well maintained and a very nice touch after hiking in Shenandoah National Park all day!The apartment property is very well maintained. The mattresses are very comfortable, large tvs in every bedroom and living space, and very well equipped kitchen. It is very clean and furnitureAnd appliances like new.Please note in my photo the river was high due to overnight rain. View from the porch deck.

Peaceful Riverfront Retreat

A lovely setting on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. From the rocking chairs on a southern-style covered porch to the immaculate and well-appointed interior, all insured the comfort of our stay. We took advantage of the kitchen and well well-maintained grill on the porch for family meals. Our grand-dog loved the dock and river.

We had a relaxing stay. The river was too high and cold for swimming/floating, but nice to look at. We enjoyed the proximity to Shenandoah National Park for hikes.

Relaxing get away

My fiancé and I had wonderful time staying here after our engagement. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved seeing the family of deer at night, and the wild turkey during the day. Our dog loved all the room to run around. The hot tub was clean and was a great way to relax. Gary the host was great with communicating as well. We would definitely recommend staying here again! .

Lovely getaway

This was such a beautiful property! We enjoyed the layout of the living room where the windows allowed us to take in the beauty of the river while still having privacy. If you are looking to fish, have a campfire, or enjoy the hot tub under the stars then this is a great place to do just that!
