Lakefront fully renovated, 2,500 sq ft waterfront premier moon beach house features some of the best sunset views overlooking Lake Ontario, with 4 bedrooms plus loft, 3 baths, huge deck overlooking Lake Ontario, screened sunroom overlooking lake, 1.5 acres of beautiful green landscape, 130 feet of your own private shoreline. Too many amenities to list.

This lake community has several beaches in close proximity, including Fair Haven Beach park, boat launches within a short drive, as well as direct access to Lake Ontario. The house is only 15 minutes from Colloca Estate Winery, great for your wedding guests stay. Great area for relaxing, fishing, boating, and taking in the lake life. Sterling Nature preserve is within walkable distance.

This gorgeous property is perfect for a quiet relaxed get away.

Our group of nine thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sterling at the Lake house. The house was roomy and the kitchen was well stocked. Additionally, the deck provided a great gathering space for morning coffee, afternoon sun, and beautiful sunsets. The house is a gem off the beaten path.

This house exceeded our expectations. The location on Lake Ontario is magnificent. We hardly wanted to leave because the lake view was magical and it was so peaceful and surprisingly quiet. Our family enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. sitting outside and sleeping with the windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves. We caught several amazing sunsets on the lake. We came to Sterling to visit friends and family, but we never had to go far as they enjoyed visiting us at the "Lake House". We didn't need all the bedrooms, but we would love to return next year with our kids and grandkids. There's plenty of room for everyone! One of our favorite VRBO rentals, ever!

The kitchen set up had everything we needed. Our family of 5 adults were happy and comfortable. Oh and the best part was the excellent view of Lake Ontario. We definitely plan on booking another stay for it is our hometown.

Weekend fishing trip with friends

This property gave us everything we needed to enjoy our time at the lake with beautiful views and all the accomodations we needed. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to stay in a beautiful home on the lake.

Jonathan was very responsive and checked in to be sure the place met our expectations. The Kitchen was equipped well. Plenty of space for a large family dinner. The beds were all very comfortable. The view is to die for and the drive to Oswego easy and not too far.
