WOW!! Awesome place! Super cute and clean. Right on the bay. Joyce was a gem. Great communication. Not sure there was a need for anything in the cottage. She thought of everything. Can’t wait to book this place again.

Wonderful rental!

The property was so clean and nice! All brand new and in working condition. Exactly as the cottage was advertised. The host was wonderful, answered all questions from the very beginning. Would definitely rent again!

This is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the property is well kept with lots of floral flowers and unique shrubbery. The cottage is well kept clean with modern updates. The host is very accommodating with extra amenities and generous with extra supplies you may forget. The host is also diligent in making sure your stay is comfortable and reassuring that she is readaly available if you need her. 5 stars!

Super nice rental, when they say on the water they mean it!!! All the amenities of home, but being able to fish off the patio. Birds and other wildlife highly abundant. Recommend this as your next vacation spot!!! Also quiet and serene.

Beautiful cottage on the water.

I booked this for my 80+ parents that i brought up from Florida for my daughters wedding. At 84, nothing is usually going to be good enough as my parents are very set in their ways and nothinhis as comfyable as home. I was surprised that they had not one complaint and would even consider another trip up north if they could stay in Wolcott again. Bravo!!!

Gem of a Spot

I did not want to leave the view. It is such a wonderful little slice of relaxation. The deck overlooking the water and big, shady tree made our time outside really enjoyable (and not overly hot for July). The place itself is beautiful and well-appointed with everything you may need from pots/pans to first aid supplies in the bathroom. The hosts were super responsive (when we couldn't figure out how to turn something on), and really kind. I highly recommend staying at here and hope to be back next year sometime.

Nice place

We had a good feeling in entering. Everything was clean and well maintained. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of dishes and silverware. The location is very pleasant and so nice to look out on the water. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect Fall Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Beautiful surroundings. Fire in the fire pit. Fishing in the bay.We saw swans on the Bay that took off and flew. What a sight! House was clean and well equipped. I would return if the opportunity presents itself.

Pictures online dont do the place justice

Beautiful cottage, loved the deck and backyard overlooking the water. Place was very clean & beautifully decorated...especially loved the oversized couch!! My onlycomplaint, reason for giving 4 stars instead of 4, the bed we slept in was very uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on an old spring mattress with no support. Compared to everything else, I expected higher quality. Other than that, & the constant dropping of acorns on roof (no big deal, cant do anything about it) our stay was perfect!!!

Loved this place . Only complaint I have is your not allowed to have company we were renting this place for a wedding reception in town . Had company stop by for a visit as we were all arriving from out of town . Owner is on property watching your every move !!! If you want to go there and watch tv this is the place for you . No fun allowed !!!

Perfect getaway!

Perfect location for our needs! Clean, bright, cheerful cottage with a beautiful deck overlooking the bay! House was the best supplied house I ever rented, will definitely rent again when in the Port Bay Area!

Perfect

This house and property was exactly what we were looking for. The house was spotless and up to date. The home owner reached out to us and was easy to contact if we needed anything. The water front was perfect and we caught fish right from the backyard. All around it was an awesome experience and would recommend the house to everyone.

Excellent property and Stay

Very nicely located and furnished property, with a very useful and perfectly located deck 25 feet from Port Bay. Incredible views, with a great variety of water fowl and eagles spotted from the deck. Owners were excellent communicators and have made this place a go to for visits back to Wolcott. All aspects of this stay were positives, not one con that I can think of.

A wonderful place to stay!

A delightful place to stay! Beautiful and comfortable. My family had a wonderful time. We cooked some great meals in the lovely kitchen and enjoyed the patio overlooking the water. Even nicer than the photos—they don’t do the place justice.
