Over 2000 sq feet of living space... 2nd floor downtown spacious loft available with 2 bedrooms. One king bed and a twin bed with an adjoining bedroom with a queen bed. Located in the center of town in Mohican county, close to canoeing, hiking, skiing, Pleasant Hill beach & marina, the gorge, fire tower, covered bridge, Landoll’s Castle, & much more! Walk to the local Bistro and grab an amazing meal, East of Chicago right across the street or try Trails End Pizza 2 miles away.

What a beautiful place! It suited our needs perfectly for a girls weekend get away. Michelle was very easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay!

The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Check in and out were simple and easy. The loft is huge and really well stocked. It even had a towel warmer which now I have to get at home. The convenience of downtown is great. There is a gym across the street, coffee shop and dining on the same block, and theres a little pool hall that's a short walk as well. Great option

Great location, in for wedding and the place was about 10 miles away and reception at Treehouse was about 6 miles away. Great location and great little town. Restaurant, shop and my favorite ice cream store. Wish had more time to stay . Just was great and easy to get in touch with.

Such a wonderful cozy place. Plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen is very convenient and has many amenities. Complete with crockpot, backing sheets, lovely pots and pans and toaster oven. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. The back room sitting room make a nice place to get away from each other for a bit of reading or watching TV. Parking was such a breeze and with the ice cream shop and several restaurants within walking distance it is a very convenient location. We would stay here again.

Beautiful space

We were in town for a softball tournament. When we booked this property we didn’t realize the field was a short walking distance away. The space is beautiful and was exactly what we needed.

Great atmosphere. Very clean and accomodating. Comfortable and perfect location. Only minor complaint, beds are bit lumpy? We would stay again.

Perfect for our baby

Came in to visit family. Once you got in the loft it is perfect for our 15 month old who recently started walking. It is a lot bigger than it looks. Close to everything, including the park. We were able to get coffee at Stela’s and Redbird’s gear down below at Bash Designs. Well equipped and all the amenities you need. Thanks Michelle!

Spacious stay near Park

Had a great time staying in this second floor apartment in downtown. Lots of space, nice kitchen, and nice to have the washer/dryer. All well outfitted and very clean. Walked to dinner, ice cream, and the theater (highly recommend!). Lots of great outdoor activities in and around the park.

Awesome place with a downtown location

This place is Huge and has a great floor plan for a couple or a family. The location on Main Street was convenient to explore the shops, enjoy a coffee or ice cream and then have a great dinner a short block away at the Black Fork Bistro. At night we enjoyed the living room facing Main Street while watching the streaming tv or using wifi. If needed, there were multiple streaming tv's to choose from. The bedrooms being in the back were quiet for us from any noise. The Bathroom was large and the 2 sinks are a plus. We did not use the full kitchen much, but it seemed pretty well equipped with utensils and glassware. It was nice having a full refrigerator to store our water and ice packs to hike in Mohican a short distance away. Parking was a few feet away in the adjacent lot. We also enjoyed The Ugly Bunny Winery on Saturday night serving wine and food along with music. We would definitely stay here again when in the Loudonville area.

Beautiful!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed - and then some! Location was nice and I enjoyed overlooking Main Street. The beds were very comfortable and we had no issues getting a good nights sleep. I loved that there were board games available, even though we did not get a chance to play, it was nice to know we could! We met Michelle as we were heading out on the first day and she was so nice, checking to make sure we had everything and that we were liking the apartment so far. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future!
