Great location; easy walk to downtown; very clean!We did not use the garage but street parking was right outside our door. I have one small suggestion, and it would be to change the shower head to a more powerful one. It was a great experience and we will be back!

This place was perfect for what we needed! Very clean and had all the amenities you may need. Thankful for the quiet neighborhood and how close it was to a grocery store and breakfast locations. Do make sure your vehicle is small when parking in the garage attached to the studio apartment. Would definitely stay again!

Place was great. They even let us check in a few hours early. One thing, if we had to be nitpicky, was that we could hewr the neighbors and people upstairs. We normally would not mind but our dog started barking and woke up our son and we dealt with that until about midnight. Not their issue but might be nice to know.Overall was a great place

This place was great place for our little family!! Loved that it was pet friendly!! We used the kitchen everyday! The kitchen was great and user friendly! Was probably a 10 min walk or so to the beach! Loved the local coffee shops! Nice quiet neighborhood! Very clean! Was a great place for the price!! Would stay again! Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. Very clean, great location, and comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend as it was perfect for me and my 18 year old daughter.

Winter in Traverse City

We loved our stay! Great location. Easy walk to several restaurants. Especially loved Common Good. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Traverse City.

Perfect for a couple + dog

This first floor condo was just the right size for my fiancé and I along with our dog. It was very clean with a modern design and up to date utilities. We would happily stay here again.

Condo was very clean. Worked for a couple and a dog. Management very responsive to messages. Easy to get around in the area from the location.

Cute, quiet, convenient!

It’s everything you could need in a place to stay - full kitchen, lovely full bathroom, big cozy bed. It’s also conveniently located about a block away from the grocery store, and a 7-minute walk from a small local coffee shop. Bonus: if you have pets, it’s located in a quiet enough neighborhood to walk your dogs safely. Will gladly stay again!

Stayed one night for a quick stay on our way up to Petoskey area. Perfect spot. Breakfast and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store just steps down the road for anything you need. Very clean and easy check in, check out

Cozy, inviting space for 2!

We were easily able to find everything we needed. Things were attractively laid out, and the space was well utilized. It was meticulously clean, and in a good location. Our check-in experience was very easy. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect for me and my dog!

The condo is exactly what I needed for my stay in TC with my dog. It is extremely clean, well stocked, and cute. It’s location is very convenient, so close to downtown. The neighborhood was also quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being pet friendly!

Perfect condo for 2 people!

Condo is small but perfect for 2 people. Everything was spotless. If you have a car, location is an easy drive to the downtown and lake areas.

Dog friendly though a little pricey for only two days. Would have been nice to prorate for shorter stay. Nice to have washer and dryer in room.
