Newly remodeled located in a residential neighborhood, the interior of Stet's Landing features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. On the main level you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms (the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom). The living room, dining room, and kitchen feature beautiful views of Greers Ferry Lake. Right off of the living room is the expansive deck with an outdoor dining room table and seating. Downstairs features a large living room with a pool table, smart tv, and two twin beds. Downstairs is also where the other two bedrooms + bathroom is located. Heading outside, you will find a large firepit with seating and an easy path to the shore's of Greers Ferry Lake.

Peaceful Beautiful

Our stay with our hs senior and college age kids was wonderful. The view was beautiful. We very much enjoyed peaceful deck overlooking the lake. I imagine we will be repeat visitors!! I would highly recommend this home!!

Perfect Spot by the Narrows

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot near the Narrows! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and right on the water. Easy access to hop in and enjoy the lake. Parking is limited, but it’s perfect for a small group or a few couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Greers Ferry lake house

Had a great time. Lake very accessible to the house. Was able to fish from shore. Did not catch anything but should have. House was reasonably equipped. Could have had steak knives provided and also could have had soap provided in the restrooms. Otherwise great. Would recommend and would also choose again if I were in that area.

Lake house

Large house with lots of room. Swimming was great but not the walk down and back up especially with little kids! Enjoyed the deck although it will need repairs soon. Internet was not good first day but better after that but we were not there for that so! We all enjoyed the stay and would stay again. Lovely house! The second refrigerator was great !!!!! Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Spooky

We had some very eerie experiences at this property! It kinda has a dark feeling about it. It’s pretty and good location. I messaged the manager a couple times asking if they had anyone else mention paranormal experiences. I never received a message back.

A quiet stay in nature

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You will have a relaxing, stress-free vacation when you rent Stet's Landing. Easy number punch front door lock. Well stocked kitchen, and I mean well. travel mugs, ninja blender, trays, flashlights, toaster over/air fryer, baking sheets and pyrex dishes, forks for roasting over a fire, waffle maker, tupperware, mixing bowls, lots of flatware and dishes, two refridgerators, sharp knives....what??? YES! Sharp prep knives and cutting boards. These are things I usually bring with me, because it is a rarity in the VRBO rental world. Cabinet full of spices and oils. Plenty of towels. Really comfortable beds. On the last day we found a small bluetooth speaker in a drawer and also figured out we could play music over the entertainment system- wish we knew that sooner. The house was clean. The deck provided a great view of nature. Lots of woodpeckers and hummingbirds. We saw a common box turtle. The beach is rocky, so bring water shoes, but that didn't stop us from swimming daily. The water was clear. Some must do's are sandy beach, asphalt beach, Blanchard Spring Caverns, Montain View town, Sugar Mountain (we never made it due to weather) kayaking with Little Red River Outfitters, and just relax on the deck. There were some ants in the house, but considering this house was smack dab in nature, there were no other insects to be seen in the house. Really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had mostly siblings for our gathering. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. It was cooler and so we spent most of our time inside playing old family favorite games.
