Enjoy your morning coffee on our third floor balcony overlooking the beautiful emerald gulf. All new floors, flat screen TVs and updated furnishings, this is the best value on the beach. Goin' Coastal #1 sleeps up to four adults -- master suite features a king bed and bath along with a queen sleeper sofa and a small bunk bed. Two pools to choose from including a picturesque beach front pool. When you turn down our drive you'll notice Alabama's number one rated golf course, Kiva Dunes adjoins our property. Not to mention the beautiful sugar white beach that is only steps away!

The beach to our east is protected and undeveloped for one mile and the beach to the west features single family homes, including the most expensive mansions on the gulf coast of Alabama. If you are a beach person and want to experience what it was like before the onslaught of cement high-rises and crowded beaches, then this is the place for you.

The room was perfect for 2 adults. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and bright. Would definitely stay there again.

Fort Morgan- cozy

We enjoyed our stay and it was a short walk to the beach. We had a few minor hiccups in the beginning but the property manager reached out and helped when needed.

Nice Place

Great location. Beautiful beach. Nice well maintain condo. Its small, two people, max, but very convenient. Corner condo with direct beach views. Its a nice place. Check out Jesse’s on the Bay for a really nice dining experience.

Nice condo

We enjoyed the condo and our stay. The beach was great and we purchased the beach service for an umbrella and chairs. Very good service. The restaurant on site was good and we got carry out multiple times. The condo was nice and clean. They provided nice beach chairs and some other beach items. The flooring on the balcony was cracked and felt unstable but that was really the only complaint. The indoor pool was nice and we didn’t use the outdoor pool much but the zero entry was great for small kids. Overall would recommend this condo.

Great view on the ocean

I would say I loved the location had nice amenities like the restaurant on property pools and closeness to the beach. The master bed was comfortable though the hall bed was a little small for my 5 year old daughter and the pull out couch was a little uncomfortable for my 9 year old. I would say the condo was a little small for a family of four probably better for a couple. The only things I would change is more towels, kind of hard of hard to only have 4 towels for a family. But overall a great and relaxing stay. Would recommend.

Great location-little small

Everything about the property was as described. Great location, very clean, easy check in process. It was a little small for 5. We made it work but I would choose something bigger for that many, we had a great time I would rent this again.

Great Condo on the Beach

Very nice rental. It was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Check in instructions were not given to us prior to our arrival but the issue was resolved quickly. This units location makes getting to and from the beach very easy. We did not hear any noises from outside in the hallway area which was another perk of the location of the condo. We would stay here again.

We can't wait to return.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this unit. It is small, but very clean and comfortable for two people. The view of the beach is outstanding, and the grounds are safe and clean. The two indoor pools are wonderful, however, I wish the outdoor pool, near our rental was heated, as it used to be. It was great to sunbath, and jump in the pool to cool off, and get some swimming exercise. We will return, as we love the unit, and the property manager is outstanding.

Great Condo

This is our second time to stay in this condo. It's very cute and small. Just right for two. I was a little disappointed that there were no amminitities; coffee, dish washing detergent, or trash bags etc, as mentioned in the ass, but it was just a quick trip down the street to the nearest Walmart or DG and we were good. Love the Plantation Condos for its security, privacy, many different swimming areas as well as places to dine with never having to leave the resort. We will be back.
