Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the agent, JB, to be difficult to work with. She has poor communication and customer service skills. She showed a low regard for her customers/guests safety, security and privacy. Her customers were not treated fairly or equitably.

Awesome Host and Property

We had a great stay on this property. The description matched exactly what we experienced when we got there. Great location and great amenities! We had an issue with one of our showers, but Jackie was awesome on working to get it fixed. Great communication and follow thru. I would definitely stay at one of the properties she manages again in the future. Looking forward to another visit soon!

Beach access was great. Quiet. Beds very cozy. Nice having a kitchen with all the amenities. Parking was easy although sometimes frustrating waiting in the single line through security gate. Sassy Bass had great food/drinks.

Great stay

The condo was clean, safe, and plenty of space for the 4 of us! The kitchen supplies were great! The towel supply was not but we had to wash several times during our stay and would have preferred washer/dryer in condo but that was not a deal breaker. Overall, great stay and the landlord was easy to contact through the email/app! Quick response time which I appreciated!

Perfect weather!

Property very clean and manicured.Disappointed that I had to pay for parking. Makes no sense.Sheets in room were pilly, felt like sand.Pillows in both bedrooms were flat and comforters were too big for the bed.

Recommend

Rented from owner before this time and will do so again. Only thing is master bedroom bed linens had 2 stains and the ac had problems but was fixed with in hours of reporting it. Great stay great place to stay would recommend renting from Jackie battles.

Nice Stay just down the road from Gulf Shores

The property was nice enough, but the beach was quite a bit more crowded than we were expecting.

Not ADA Compliant

The property is fine for people who are not disabled but I was under the impression that this condo was ADA-compliant for my disabled husband who can walk a few steps with help but is otherwise in a wheelchair. He could not navigate the bathroom very well and we fell when trying to get out of the shower. He could not move around very well in the unit, getting onto the balcony was impossible from the bedroom and a challenge from the living room. Otherwise, the unit was clean and the location was perfect.

Absolutely loved this place!!! Not only was in clean and quiet it was right at the beach! Clean pool area! Sassy bass was so good and quick on the food! Jackie was amazing to work with and emails back super fast!! Will be back!

Cozy and enjoyable stay

This was our first trip to Alabama. We wanted a property that was a bit more secluded but still had plenty of amenities. While the unit was pretty small, it met our needs for our busy, active family. The host left plenty of instructions and made check-in easy. My only complaint would be that you were instructed to not use the bedspreads, or risk a cleaning fee for soiling. I have never been asked to do this anywhere I’ve stayed. Thankfully, we came prepared with our own blankets. Outside of that oddity, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Short trip with kids.

This place was amazing. Out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough if you want more things to do. My goal was to soak up the seconds with my children. And the ease with the reservations and check in helped so much with that.

Fall Break Trip

Unit was nice and well-maintained. The pictures made it look a little bigger than it was (could have just been me though). Place was peaceful and great for kids! Always something for them to do if they were tired of the beach which wasn't crowded, plenty of space! Restaurant onsite was good! Excellent being right by Kiva Dunes! Awesome golf course!

Great beach location

We enjoyed our stay, the beach was great and not near as busy as other locations we’ve stayed in. The condo building does get pretty busy with people in and out. The walls are really thin, we were able to hear full conversation from guest next door. The condo itself was clean, definitely could use a new couch. The condo did have a musty smell that we weren’t able to track down but we didn’t spend tons of time in the condo either. Maintenance workers came to change an air filter one day and change a door stop on a different day with no communication to us that maintenance people would be in and out without notification, I didn’t like that they just let themselves in. Overall it was an okay experience staying here.

Gulf Shore stay

The location and beach were good!! Communication before we came was very easy and quick once we arrived and had issues it wasn’t so great. We were told about a fridge issue when we arrived which we understand. We had brought a lot of our food for our stay and the fridge had froze a lot of the food so we had to throw some out. Then when the new fridge was coming we had to move all our stuff out of the fridge and into coolers glad we had brought extra coolers with us. Then we had a garbage disposal issues that we never were given a time just told they would come that day. When we arrived back to our room at 4:00 and it still had water and food sitting and starting to smell my husband had to clean it all out bc it was packed with food from the people before us. I had messaged asking a time frame of when someone would come and didn’t get a response for awhile and that’s when we did it ourselves so we could cook! We are understanding people but some kind of a response would of been nice! Even mid day saying we are still on the list they are behind. But instead nothing! They did give us a credit bc of these two issues. The walls were thin and you could hear people Nextdoor and coming and going in the hallways. The place was clean but could use a deeper clean like the walls and doors could use a good wiping down. The master bedroom bed was so uncomfortable. The distance to the beach was great and easy! The pools were nice and clean!

Sweet Vacation

The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The location was great. We were right on the beach and only 15minutes from gulf shores. We would definitely stay here again.
