Gated community in Palm Harbor.

This 3 story home offers the best of both worlds. 40 ft. designated boat slip on Cotton bayou and a deeded beach access across Perdido Beach Boulevard at the Palm's. Where you have access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and its pristine white sandy beach. Community swimming pool, Tennis courts, Club house and BBQ area all available to renters. This beautiful house has 2 wrap-around porches offering a private balcony from the living area and most bedrooms. Check us out of Facebook Bayou Beach House.

Main floor has a Great Room with French doors leading to wraparound balcony overlooking the bay. Open house plan with fully furnished kitchen, dining room, Laundry room with full sized stacked washer and dryer. Master bedroom with king sized bed. Walk in closets. Full bath with garden tub and separate shower. Private balcony.

Down stairs has a second master bedroom en suite with king sized bed, closet and another private balcony overlooking the water.

Third floor has a private bedroom with a queen sized bed and full bath. Kids room with double bed, twin day bed with pull out trundle and an additional juvenile bed.

Additional point of interest: This lovely home is located right on the Cotton Bayou biking trail. This paved 15 mile multi-purpose "trail system"consists of six interconnected trails. Bike through six distinct ecosystems. Riding over cool creeks, a salt water marsh, sand dunes and freshwater swamps.

Fantastic place for a family getaway!

Nicest, safest place I have ever stayed at in OB. Kids loved it and caught some small fish right out the back door. Nice pool....great trip

Great home with a great view!

It was a wonderful home in an amazing location. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Plenty of space and very convenient if you have a boat. The whole family loved it. Cant wait to come back!

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. The location on the bay was ideal and would be hard to beat by any other property. It was a quiet, safe neighborhood. Waking up and drinking coffee on the porch overlooking the water was so relaxing! The bay is gorgeous and the wildlife was enjoyable to observe! The property was large enough for our group and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the towels and linens were clean and soft. Thank you for that!! There were a couple of areas that weren’t cleaned as well but I think they were just overlooked. Overall, the property was clean and neat. The unusual decorations and feather sofa were interesting. The kitchen utensils were a little eclectic but sufficient and we made do. The beach access was a little iffy since we had to cross the busy road to get to it but with patience, it worked. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Orange Beach. It’s a fantastic rental! Benjy communicated the information we needed. The communication was frustrating for me because VRBO wouldn’t load the inbox or let me send him a message when I wanted to the last day. VRBO seemed to be down on and off over several days. That has nothing to do with him, however. He was a good host.

Great House

The house was everything we expected and more. Being in a private neighborhood was great for the kids. All the aminities were clean and well kept. Out of all the houses we have rented this is our favorite. Having access to the bay and beach gives you best of both worlds.

We had the best time here !

We had such a great time at this property. I enjoyed that it’s location was near everything. And with it being 3 stories we all had our own space when it was time to unwind for the day. We got to sit on the porch and watch dolphins play around while enjoying our morning coffee. We have already looked into reserving this property for our trip next year !
