Cotton Bayou Place is a fisherman’s dream in a boater’s paradise! This spacious luxury waterfront home with lots of extras is living at its best! Cotton Bayou Place is a multi-level home with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Imagine letting your fishing line unwind as you lounge on the private pier or bringing your boat and having a secure place to tie up every day.

The outside of Cotton Bayou features 2 furnished balconies with covered and uncovered areas. Under the home there is room to park vehicles, boats and to store all of your gear. There are several comfortable seating areas, a picnic table, mounted TV and grills to prepare the fresh catch of the day. Inside the entry level door is an additional refrigerator, convenient for cold beverages while grilling and enjoying the outdoors. The elevator entrance is also found on the ground floor entry, perfect for getting the luggage and groceries to the upper floors.

Off of the covered pier you can enjoy fishing, crabbing, swimming and dolphin watching. There is also a covered boat slip so bring your boat, or rent one, and enjoy a little offshore fishing or sight seeing around the Orange Beach area.

Inside on the top floor guests can relax in the large open concept living area complete with a comfy sectional and club chairs. The floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light and fantastic views of Cotton Bayou. The large dining table will seat 12 plus there is additional seating at the beautiful kitchen island. The chefs in the group will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with the high-end commercial appliances. The coffee/wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker are another example of the top-notch amenities this home has to offer. Don’t forget this home is equipped with an elevator so bringing up the groceries and luggage is a breeze! 
One of the 2 balconies is found off of this main living area with both covered and uncovered space. Soak up the sun in one of the lounge chairs or enjoy an outdoor meal under cover.
Guests will appreciate the convenient powder room found on the top floor. There are also 2 bedrooms on this floor including the master. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, water views, balcony access and a luxury private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, TV and a private bathroom.

On the second floor guests will find a second living area complete with comfortable seating, TV,  and a small kitchen. Access to the covered second balcony plus water views will make this space a favorite for sure!  The convenient elevator will also stop on this floor, no need to carry heavy things up the stairs. There are 5 more bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. Bedroom #3 comes with a king bed, TV, water views, balcony access and an entrance into a full bathroom. Bedroom #4 sleeps two in a queen bed and has a TV. Bedroom #5 features a king bed, TV, water views, balcony access and a private bathroom. Bedroom #6 has a king bed, TV, water views, balcony access and a private bathroom. Bedroom #7 comes with a king bed, TV and a private bathroom.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
