We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was so cute and lots of updates. We were centrally located to easily go downtown or to Overland Park area. Our college aged kids came by to celebrate a birthday and loved the downstairs set up! Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Girlfriends weekend

4 of us for an extended weekend getaway. This was the cutest place and it was perfect for our girlfriends weekend. Close to the Plaza and not a bad drive to Legends for shopping. Very nice neighborhood, too.

Perfect for Our Family of 5

This is the cutest, coziest home in a peaceful neighborhood close enough to everywhere we planned to visit in KC during our stay. The home had everything needed to cook and enjoy meals, nothing was missed. The basement was perfect for our 18 year old son, he had complete privacy with his own bathroom. We did notice a couple of items needed some cleaning attention, some linens in the basement and refrigerator shelves. The fully appointed laundry room helped with throwing things in the wash and all was good. The natural wood floors are gorgeous but they do creak quite a bit so be aware if you have a light sleeper you are trying to be silent around. Thank you to the owner for the gift that was left for us, this home was the perfect home away from home. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance to!

2nd time around

We just completed our second stay at this wonderful property and it was just as fantastic as the first time. The home is immaculate, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location is perfect, offering a relaxing and quiet neighborhood, and easy access to local attractions. The hosts are incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless. The attention to detail and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return for our next getaway. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a perfect retreat!

Adorable Home!

We just returned from a great stay at this cute home! The tree-lined neighborhood was adorable and peaceful and was a short drive to all the nearby attractions on our list. Having a delicious creamery right down the street was a huge bonus! The home was clean, comfortable, and bright...all the things we look for in a VRBO. We loved having an entire space downstairs to enjoy TV and an office space to get work done was right off the cozy living room. The kitchen had everything you would want to prepare meals and the giant breakfast nook was perfect for sunny breakfasts. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! We would gladly stay at this property again!! Highly recommend!!

KC visit

Exceptional home in perfect location for access to Plaza and Overland Park. Clean, newly refurbished, comfy big bed. We were so pleased with the owner, simply checkin, and exactly as advertised!!!! Can’t wait to return.

Skip the hotel for home sweet home

Cozy, renovated property in a great location with a huge fenced backyard. Grateful for access to the garage due to snow during our stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing! 5 star experience!

This rental was just perfect for us. It was such a cute area close to so many restaurants not to mention beautifully furnished and well-stocked. So many nice extras like coffee and creamer. Laura was a great communicator definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great stay

Property was just as listed online. Great location, easy access to Aarowhead Stadium and downtown. We had 2 couples and we were all very comfortable. Communication with Laura was easy and she was available for questions.

Fall break get away!

Nice home for a long weekend with family. The house was exactly as described and worked well for our family of 4. If we are ever back in the Kansas City area we would use this listing again!!

Everything we expected

Was perfect for our family. Beds are comfortable and they went out of their way to sign up for Direct TV streaming so we could watch the games. Will stay here next time we are in town.

Bridal Shopping Weekend in KC

Excellent accommodations in a very quaint, quiet, upscale neighborhood! Beds/pillows were amazingly comfortable!! Whole layout too cute and it allowed for downtime in private spaces-nook, patio, basement area. A perfect place to stay for shopping, relaxing and doing it again! Short travel by car to specialty shops in art district, and Leawood...looking forward to another visit to KC and would DEFINITELY stay at this property again. Thank you Hostess Laura :0)>

Convenience, proximity, cleanliness, and a renovated home

Fairway, Kansas is a perfect KC metro location with quaint shops, excellent food, and entertainment. This property makes visiting these things so easy. The joke around KC is that everything is roughly 20 minutes away. For Fairway, much of that is even shorter. We were in town for Taylor Swift, so if you were to stay here for a Chiefs or a royals game you can easily get to the stadium in under 25 minutes. Shopping at the plaza is a quick trip, as is your trip to Overland Park or Leawood. My family of 4 felt super comfortable, safe, and happy while staying at this beautiful home. The owners are attentive and you can tell they treat this home as if they lived there everyday. There are multiple gifts inside the home for guests, but you will have to wait and see what they are for yourself. We will 100% be coming back again when we visit our KC family again later in the year.

Great home, great location

Perfect for our weekend stay to attend a wedding. House was clean, and very nice inside and out. Communication was great. Would stay there again if if KC.

When looking for an AirBnb it is difficult to discern the neighborhood from pictures... however, it was neighborhood that drew us to this house!
We fell in love with property the minute we saw it. I love the canopy of trees and the sounds of the birds. We want to share our enjoyment with you all.
It is in our favorite area of Kansas City and close to a myriad of fun activities.

This location is ideal for either vacationing or business. It is located 3 mi to KU Medical Center, minutes from the Prairie Village Shops, 3 mi from the Country Club Plaza, 8 miles to Downtown, KC Power & Light, and Union Station. It is in close proximity to Overland Park.

This house has TWO 76in TV's which makes the Sunday Chief's football games that much better.
