Welcome to one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Myrtle Beach. This unique home sits several hundred yards from your private beach, away from the crowds, but only minutes from all the action. The neighborhood is beautiful with plenty of hardwood trees. You can take a quiet, no traffic walk, or bike (you have 5), or take the golf carts (you have 2) to your private beach access (no parking for cars at the beach access). The home features all of the amenities you would expect at a nice resort -and much more. And, a bonus for golfers: The South Carolina Golf Course Owners Association just named Prestwick Country Club the best golf course of the year for 2025 - the course is less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Our guests receive complimentary range balls during their stay, which can be used even if not playing the course.

This is the ultimate beach home, uniquely situated away from the crowds, right next to Myrtle Beach State Park, but only minutes from all of the action that Myrtle Beach has to offer. This home is perfectly situated between Surfside and Myrtle Beach, just a couple of minutes from the airport and Market Common. The home has been significantly updated in 2023 and features every amenity you can think of.

There are lots of fun things to do at the house with plenty of space for one or two families. Even the outdoor shower is awesome! Relax and enjoy, you’ll have everything you need in this little slice of paradise that's just a short golf cart ride to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Pete thought of pretty much everything to make the stay easier with lots of extras supplied! The golf carts were amazing to have and the trip down to the beach was fast and easy! Gorgeous.. NOT crowded beach area! We LOVED it!! Great location near lots of stuff. The outside/landscaping could use a little TLC... but 10/10 would stay here again! I already miss the comfy amazing bed!

We really enjoyed our stay. It allowed us to spread out on the rainy days. Loved the hot tub and the private beach access. The house was extremely clean and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. We love to stay again!

This was one of the most enjoyable stays we have had. This home is a treat. The furnishings, beds, linen and blankets…lovely. Anything and everything that one could think about needing was there. The amount of towels for each person, more than enough. Thank you so very much for the toys and games for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything imaginable. wonderful vacation

The vacation rental is beautiful and clean. I also liked the three ring binder. It had all the restaurant listings and things to do. When I emailed the owners, they responded very quickly and they were extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Weekend getaway

This property offers all the comforts of home. Nicely stocked kitchen, along with hand soaps in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Tons of different board games and cards to play. House was extremely clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay for a longer period of time. We will definitely visit again!

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is everything you need for your vacation. The hosts were friendly and communicated quickly for any questions we had. Linens, towels, games, golf carts, bikes, and much more were available for our use. We were a short golf cart ride to the beach. The beach area was quiet with very few families on the beach during our time there. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and kind. This location of this home was perfect for us. We were a short ride to local grocery stores, shops, dining, and entertainment. Our family highly recommends booking a stay with Pete and Meghan!

Exactly as Advertised

A slice of heaven! This rental is exactly as advertised. It definitely has all the amenities and more. Very close to the Food Lion and Walmart. Private beach was great along with the 2 golf carts that were available for our use. Pete was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. First time to Myrtle Beach, so wasn't sure what to expect. Not far from Broadway on the Beach, malls, the airport, North Myrtle Beach etc. We would definitely stay again if we visit Myrtle Beach. Great community with semi-private beach!

Pete & Megan's place was more than we were looking for! Small private community which still kept you close to the action. The beach was semi-private, not crowded at all, but could walk to other parts that were a little more crowded. Pete was more than accommodating for anything that we needed. He probably wouldn't want me to say this, but he had a little bit of an issue with the hot tub that was taken care of quickly! I actually got to meet him & couldn't have asked for a better host. The fact that he had two usable golf carts to get back and forth to the beach was absolutely awesome.

Great Home, Great Value, Great Location

We couldn’t have been happier; especially, booking last minute! The house was nice and fully furnished, which made our stay extremely easy. The hosts were great and actively finding ways to improve the stay. They thought of everything you could possibly need to have fun at the beach and the two golf carts in a quiet community made the logistics of getting on/off the beach easy and the distance we carried the chairs was equivalent to being beachfront. The neighborhood is in a good location to quickly access attractions, while maintaining a quiet and safe environment. I loved that you are located between the state park and a family campground, which provides a great buffer and a much more relaxed atmosphere than many locations on the grand strand. This is our first time using Vrbo and this stay has left us wanting to do so more. 10/10 stay, I highly recommend for a nice easy going family vacation!

Wonderful home and amenities

Wow!! This house has everything you can need. So many extras and simple things you don't have to worry about lugging with you. The house was clean, beds comfortable and well equipped. Such a close location to the beach, with the use of the two golf carts included. The private beach and wonderful. Pete and Megan were great to deal with, great communication and they really want their guests to be comfortable and have a amazing vacation. I've rented homes for years and have never rented from anyone who went above and beyond the way they do. Would highly recommend renting this home for your vacation. We enjoyed an absolutely fantastic week stay here and would certainly look to book again on a future trip. Pete’s communication was always prompt and aall the instructions were extremely clear.We found the house very clean when we arrived. They had a welcome note, as well as some great cookies waiting on the table, which was a very nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. Comfortable beds with nice linens and blankets.There are 2 golf carts avail that quickly got us down to the beach, which is a 2 min ride away. The neighborhood has charm (with very nice neighbors) and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard relaxing almost as much as our time on the beach. The hot tub was great for the cool evenings and was a wonderful added bonus.Thank you for having such a great place that welcomes not just us but our pup.

We were here in the beginning of august. House was very clean and comfortable. Pete was a great host. Golf carts were fun to drive. Pete had some maintenance done during our stay. He was frequently in touch with us. Recommend staying here.

Beach Vacation

Stayed for a week with my family and friend and loved the home! The owners provided all items we needed, for example, toilet paper, paper towels, linens, soap, and even sample beverages made locally. They even left a personalized note, which was really cute. The hot tub is amazing...very relaxing. A/C worked great. We had a water issue, but the owners were extremely responsive and fixed the problem right away, which is all I ask for. I have no complaints and would highly recommend staying here! Definitely will look into renting in the future!

This is a really great house, renovated in 2023, located in a quiet neighborhood.. We are happy to share this great house with you but we want to be very respectful of our neighbors too. This is one of the most peaceful areas you’ll find and we’d like to keep it that way. No partying or fireworks late at night, no loud motorcycles, etc. Thanks for your cooperation, you’ll understand when you come to visit our little slice of paradise!
