The house was really comfortable and clean. We loved how roomy and open the rooms were arranged. It was perfect for visiting with family and friends. The neighborhood was nice and was very close to everything we wanted to see. We liked all of the books :)The only thing we would recommend is to put a day bed or something in the little office room and a pull out couch in the living room All in all we had a great stay. Thank you

Santa Fe Weekend

Wonderful place to stay. Everything we needed was there. Decor was delightful. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Railyard, Downtown, Georgia O'kieff, Meow Wolf. Very quiet residential neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Santa Fe.

The house us very nicely updated and comfortable. Communication with the managing agency was easy and they were quick to respond. Overall a very nice stay!

Recycle Santa Fe stay!

We traveled from Tucson to participate in the Recycle Santa Fe show for our 18th year. We had a great time and the home we stayed in was super cute and Clean. Communication was amazing. I highly recommend this place for any Santa Fe visit.

Lovely art filled home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this extremely clean and well maintained property. The location was great, 12 mins to downtown and 5 mins from Meow Wolf. The owner has great taste in both art and books.

Comfortable stay in art-filled home.

We had a great stay at this home. My husband was working remotely and we're on a long cross country trip, so it was such a nice treat for him to have an office (wifi was good). The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is a about a 10 minute drive to the downtown historic area. We also rode our bikes downtown on an easy to get to community bike path. Bedrooms, bathrooms were comfortable and spacious and it was a nicely stocked place. I would definitely stay here again!

The beds were hard as rocks and uncomfortable very rough on my artificial hip. The toilet paper and paper towels were very cheap.

Enjoyable stay

Great place, however it would have been helpful to know that there was a step down to the master bathroom and steps up into the bathroom which had the walk-in shower. I was traveling with my 90 year old Mother and didn’t feel it was safe for her. Ended up switching her to the other bedroom, but had the concern of the tub/shower at that point.

Clean, newly renovated and great for my elderly mom

The remodeled interior was gorgeous, having ramp and then walk in shower was critical to our stay. My 90 year old mom is in great shape, but she needs walk in showers and flat non slick floors and this delivered. Also each area has its own temperature controls so made it wonderful for all who stayed. Added bonus was a ton of glorious books they had, so could unplug and read! We have family we visit in Santa Fe and and we will be renting this house each time we stay!

Overall this place is fantastic! Extra clean, well stocked, close to everything. HOWEVER, getting in and out using the code was a major pain! You have to pull the door toward you and get it just right as you enter the code. I notice this is a common complaint of other guests. If not for this big inconvenience, the rating would be 5.

Nice home and close to many things.

Nice, roomy home that is close to many things. I would give it 5 stars but we had issues trying to get into it when we arrived. The code didn't work and it took several tries to get the lockbox holding the key opened. It was also a little difficult to lock & unlock the door each time.

Lovely home

Overall a great experience! Spacious, clean and comfortable with everything the three of us needed. Just don’t count on the office bed being a comfy bed - it’s a folding, floor mattress that was uncomfortable. Also, we had issues getting in the house and Vacasa customer service was very slow to respond. Once we were in, most everything was wonderful. Amazing books and original art were a bonus.

Casa Vitalia Review

It appeared to be clean and problem free when we entered, but then we had some issues that I had to contact Vacasa about. Having a 10 digit code to enter the home was ridiculous. The window tracks and windows were very dirty, the microwave didn't work and we had a bug infestation in the master bathroom after the first few days we were there. We showered in the second bathroom until the problem was resolved. We went through almost 2 cans of bugspray and finally a pest control company came out and recommended pouring bleach down the shower drain and it minimized the problem. The property manager was kind enough to bring us over another microwave to use, purchased the bleach for the bugs and was attentive which was much appreciated.Otherwise, it was a very nice property.

Gorgeous home managed by a phenomenal team

My stay at Casa Vitalia was beyond perfect! The home had been thoughtfully prepared for my stay by the local team. The local managers demonstrated true professionalism and care. I thoroughly enjoyed the furnishings, amenities, and location of the home. Casa Vitalia is as advertised and is the perfect place for a visit to Santa Fe - regardless of whether you are staying for a brief visit or an extended stay. 10/10, I would recommend booking this place for your next visit!

15/10 stars - home away from home!

I have been living in short term rentals for a year and Casa Vitalia was by far and away my favorite! It has genuinely anything you could need to feel at home! The wonderfully stocked kitchen was my favorite part - all cooking utensils and gadgets you could need, a beautiful new grill, and plenty of spices and oils. This is truly a home (rather than just a rental shell) - it is clearly well loved and the neighbors are fab too! I would seriously move here full time if I could! 10 -15 mins from everything Santa Fe has to offer.
