Cute adobe style condo with great balcony and minutes to the Plaza

The perfect location to walk 4 blocks to the Plaza with many fantastic restaurants, shopping and galleries. One mile to Canyon road and the Railyard art districts. Close to ski slopes and National Forest. Very quiet peaceful area.

Relax in a lovely 2 story condo in a quiet neighborhood. You'll enjoy stretching out in the approximately 1100 square feet featuring Viga ceilings, a Kiva fireplace and Saltillo tile floors. Enjoy the spacious views and cobalt sky from your large patio with dining for 4 and relax in the patio seating in shade.

First floor features a private bedroom with queen bed and en suite bath. Walk upstairs with the open concept of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk through dual closets, and attached bathroom. Just off the master suite is a private back patio. The couch has a pull out queen bed as well. Our unit has A/C, radiant floor heat, wi-fi and many other amenities to make your stay comfortable.

You will have off street parking with our one car garage. Other community off street parking is available as first come first serve.

This is the second time in the last 12 months that we have rented this property. It is outstanding on all fronts from the location, to the decor, to the owners. Cannot wait to stay there again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We can’t say enough about this wonderful condo. Everything is in place for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay, and Leah could not be more responsive. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived, with some little gifts that made us feel welcome. The Santa Fe Plaza is an easy walk away, and the condo is in a beautiful and quiet small complex. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We would love to stay here again - thank you so much to Leah for creating such a lovely home and being so communicative.

Great home away from home

Everything was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed having a wood burning fireplace. Not far from Plaza and groceries. The walk to the Plaza was longer than expected, but it probably felt longer because of the cold. Only a few of negative things. First, a little hard to find mainly because sign for condo entrance is parallel to the road instead of perpendicular. There is one bedroom and bathroom on 1st floor and everything else is upstairs. Another is the garage was very small. The Jeep Grand Cherokee was too tight of a fit. I needed to have help to go in and out of the garage. There were ants that the host became aware of just before we checked in. An exterminator sprayed and ants resolved, but strong smell of spray lingered.

Fantastic balcony and beautiful flat!

The flat is nicely appointed, stylish yet livable. The balcony is perfect with half covered and half uncovered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners were great communicators. We highly recommend this flat for easy accessibility to the Plaza and as a peaceful getaway!

Great property in a quiet compound near the Plaza. Very comfortable for two adults wanting separate rooms. Well appointed and exceptionally clean (my most important filter). Quick responses from the host whenever I had a question. Would definitely book again.

Great Time at Cozy Coyote

This condo was very well done. Furnishings were great, well stocked with dishes and utensils, spices, etc. Location was perfect for walking to the plaza, canyon road, rail yard, and grocery stores. We will look at staying here again when we make another trip to Santa Fe.

It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the large deck to soak up the afternoon sun. Great location near the plaza. I highly reccomend this place.

Wonderful way to celebrate 30th wedding anniversary

This is a spectacular property within walking distance of all that makes Santa Fe the city different. I grew up in Santa Fe but on the south side of town far from the plaza. This location was ideal. And so welcoming and comfortable. The owners are incredibly responsive and lovely. Makes me want to move back to SF.

Great stay in Santa Fe

Really enjoyed my stay here. Condo is wonderfully furnished and appointed -- classic Southwestern & Santa Fe -- viga ceiling, tile floors, antler chandelier, cowhide rug, leather chairs. Appliances and kitchen very good and plenty of nice dishes, glasses, utensils. Very nice living room with leather chairs, sofa, fireplace, and large tv. Air conditioning and ceiling fans a big plus. Outdoor patios, front and back, are wonderful -- very enjoyable to sit outside. Very nice area, quiet, and within a mile of downtown plaza area. Condo is built into side of very steep hill -- main living areas (kitchen,dining room, living room, master bedroom, master bathroom,outside patios) are on second floor -- so there is a steep set of 15 stairs to the second floor. Ground floor has small garage and very nice second bedroom with bathroom and large walk-in closet and 2nd tv. Only concern is that the small garage can be a challenge to park in or get out of, especially if there are large vehicles parked in the 3 guest common parking spots for the compound that are adjacent to the condo and garage. Email communication with host Leah was excellent and she was very helpful. Aside from the parking concern, really enjoyed everything about this condo and my stay here, and planning on coming back in the future

Awesome property, great location!

Leah and Ahmad, are great hosts, and their place is fantastic. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. We attended the Internation Art Market, which was held within walking distance, as was just about everything else. Great place and location!

Fantastic Condo in Perfect Location

This condo is just blocks from the Plaza and a close walk to so many restaurants and shops. We stayed for nearly six weeks! It has beautiful Santa Fe charm, yet it has all the modern conveniences that make your stay comfortable, from air conditioner to dishwasher. The host is very responsive, kind and accommodating. There are two lovely seating areas to enjoy the gardens and birds. Our truck was too big for the attached garage, but there are six parking places in the immediate area of the condo entrance and we always had several empty spaces to choose from, night or day. The condo is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home. We just loved our stay here, and hope to return!

This was a great property for three adults. We had everything we needed, and there was a lot of thoughtfulness in the provision of amenities. The location was very quiet, yet just a short walk to the Plaza. Leah responded immediately to any questions or requests. We would definitely consider this property again.

Perfect location, friendly and responsive hosts!

The location of this condo was perfect for accessing downtown (the Plaza), and all of the cool stuff along Guadalupe including the Farmer's Market. It was also a great launch point for access to the National Forest (ski area in winter). Leah was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. The condo is adorably furnished and so peaceful! Highly recommend. Will stay here whenever I come to Santa Fe if I can.

We are a couple who live in Oklahoma City, OK. We are outdoorsy and love the mountains. We love the high desert climate that Santa Fe provides along with the unique cultural.

We bought this condo sight unseen. After reviewing so many other properties, at first glance we knew we would love that 2nd level balcony. With Santa Fe's weather we are able to sit out there almost year round. Also, the abundance of windows allowing light into the open concept living area was must have.

The property is located downtown and is walkable to everything Santa Fe as to offer whether it is restaurants, festivals, museums, galleries.
