Totally renovated unit in seasons (the closest building other than the Westin) to the Westin Gondola. Closest unit in seasons to the gondola. Mountain modern condo at Seasons at Avon, located just downhill from Beaver Creek and a short walk to the Riverfront Gondola, Eagle River, Nottingham Lake and Avon Recreation Center. The nearby Riverfront Gondola provides easy access to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek to enjoy all the mountain activities in the winter or summer.

A top floor, corner unit, this condo enjoys views and privacy. Walk into the open, new, clean and modern kitchen, dining and living room with a gas fireplace and private balcony with Beaver Creek mountain views. Walk past the hall bathroom with a glass walk-in shower to the bedrooms. Bedrooms enjoy wall mounted air conditioning units and 1 bedroom has a private back deck. Upstairs is the spacious, private primary bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and private back deck. Seasons building has private, underground parking.

poor service from management company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management company was slow to respond and dismissive of maintenance issue. Multiple varying excuses were provided by different people from the management company, none of which were in line with the workers they sent to the unit. I would not ever book with this management company again as their customer service is really lacking.

Nice and convenient

Loved being so close to the gondola and free shuttle. My teen boy loved being in town where he could walk to get his own food. Having 3 beds and baths with the huge master suite being upstairs away from everyone else was nice. This was my 2nd time staying here and i would love to stay again!

Perfect

Went on a boys ski trip with a friend and my 15yo boy. We each had our own room and bathroom which was nice. Kitchen well stocked, gas fire place was nice and easy. Ski locker convenient located to get out to the slopes and free shuttle bus picks up directly in front of property across the street to take you to vail or beaver creek ski areas. The gondula is also directed across the street and a shorter walk than where the shuttle drop is to the slopes. You can ski back tho the gondula for a return trip on a nice easy trail. Had bad weather back home and they allowed us to extend our trip 2 additional days. Would definitely stay again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a great, updated condo very close to Beaver Creek and a short drive to Vail. The exterior of the building is a bit dated relative to the newer condos nearby but the inside of this unit is updated and very nice. It's also walking distance to Nottingham Lake and the shops/restaurants in Avon.

Disappointed

I rarely write negative reviews, but unfortunately I must do so here. The location is as advertised, about 100-200 yards from the Westin gondola. Reasonably convenient. The condo has been recently renovated. However, we found numerous things broken ... the dishwasher, the slide out garbage/recycling bins, the fan in the master bathroom (it would go on and off all night long), and most sadly the fireplace. The gas fireplace, somewhat concerningly, would come on and off without any rhyme or reason. We could not turn it on or off, it just had a mind of its own. We reached out multiple times to the property management company; sometimes we got a response, sometimes we didn't, but the problems were never fixed. Lastly, when i reached out at the end of our stay about some sort of financial accommodation for these issues, that email got no response at all. Which is disappointing and short-sided, as I've been coming to Beaver Creek every year since 2012. I can deal with problems at a property, stuff happens. I can deal with said issues if they are promptly addressed and client service is reasonable. Unfortunately, and speaking as someone who deals with clients all the time (I'm a lawyer), the client service and responsiveness was extremely lacking here. Since this company apparently manages the entire building, I can neither recommend this condo nor any property in this building.

Recently Refreshed Avon condo in convenient location

This Avon condo was easy walking distance to the gondola, Westin, ski shops, and restaurants. Great rate for a 3 BR condo w/ 3 BA. It has been updated and was in very good condition and offered plenty of space for 4 adults.

Great Affordable Property in Convenient Location

This is a very spacious and nicely remodeled property and we had a great stay. The location right across from the Riverfront Gondola is very convenient for skiing and being in Avon makes restaurants and grocery stores easy to access. The beds are quite comfortable with nice linens.
