Balboa Beauty

Absolutely a beautiful property. Stayed there with family and can't wait to return. The area was perfect, the people around the property were extremely friendly and the property itself was awesome.

Great place to stay!

We had a great week there. The garage is very very tight and not outlet for charging our jeep. But everything else was fantastic!

Construction crew made a lot of noise, suspicious activity with college students parking and obstructing in front of garage and dozens of studens gathering in the alley. Towels and bedding still had stray hair and residue. The floors blackened our feets. The stairs is a hazard if you’re not careful. Furniture was digusting. They should’ve been considerate to add a gate for preventation. Basically I was forced upon to stay the remaining half of the trip as the host didn’t do much to assist or allow me to check out early with the difference back.The only positivity was the view.

Beautiful location!

We had a wonderful time at this property and the beautiful beach! Plenty of room for everyone to hang, sleep and eat. The check in process is a little confusing since the garage is located by going through a different house’s garage. Once you understand the parking spot it fine, but when you arrive it is very unclear. They need to either call to explain it or spell it out more clearly. The way it is worded is confusing I don’t think anyone expects to enter the garage through someone else’s property. It was a first for us!

The house itself was clean and in a good location….so we thought. The communication with Tower 17 is non existent. They barely return emails and they won’t return a call after 5pm. They still owe me 18 for having to park away from the garage due to construction. Literally nobody will email me back to refund me. The last 2 days of our stay were absolutely horrific. Our floors were shaking from the rental below from super loud music until 11:30pm. We have a small child who could not sleep as well as his grandpa. We also couldn’t open the windows because of the intense smell of weed coming from their porch. We even witnessed some crazy interactions. We did not feel safe and we had zero communication with Tower 17. We complained and they didn’t even respond to my email. We paid 4 Seasons prices for a motel style host. NEVER rent from anyone in biz with this company.

Very Beachy!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this Balboa Peninsula property! The home was just steps away from the beach and had beautiful views from the main living space. We enjoyed many activities while staying here such as walks on the beach and piers, whale watching and some great dining experiences! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a beachy getaway!
