Sun Seekers Beach House- Steps from Butler Beach

Welcome to the white sands of Butler Beach! Enjoy island life in our brand new luxury beach house! Escape reality for a bit with only a few minute walk to beautiful Butler Beach and 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine! Sun Seekers beach house is NEW along with everything in it! The spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths great for families or couples. There is enough parking for 4 cars, a washer/dryer is provided (2 laundry pods included), high speed WiFi and cable tv, large outdoor patio with hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table w/umbrella and lounge area for entertaining.

The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower head. A sitting chair and desk are provided for anyone who needs to get a little work done.

The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and plenty of storage space with a nice view of the canopy trees in the backyard.

The third bedroom upstairs has 4 bunks perfect for kids (there is a max weight of 200lbs for top bunks). We have included a pack-and-play (sheets NOT provided) and a highchair for the kiddos.

The second full bathroom w/tub is upstairs for the second and third bedrooms.

We provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tissue and 1 roll of toilet paper/bathroom.

The main living area is an open concept with 2 leather couches and a huge tv to watch movies or the big game. The loft upstairs has a comfy couch and large tv for hanging out or playing games.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking a wonderful meal or grill outdoors on the BBQ (propane included) for a quick meal after the beach. Sugar, creamer and a few Keurig coffee pods and tea bags are provided. (Keurig, Nespresso, coffee pot, french press, tea kettle available)

The backyard patio has a new hot tub, hanging chair, lounge seating, dining table w/umbrella, patio games and string lights to enjoy into the night.

Surf boards, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and a wagon are in the garage and available for the 4 minute walk to the beach. The surfboard shower is great for rinsing off after the beach!

This beach house is the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach or exploring St. Augustine!

Beautiful stay

The home was the cleanest and most beautifully decorated home I’ve stayed at yet. The thoughtful touches were refreshing and appreciated. We will certainly stay here again when in the area.

Fantastic house in Butler Beach

Our stay at Sunseekers was perfect from start to finish. This is by far the nicest short-term rental we have rented. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed with anything and everything you could possibly need. Communication with the host was always prompt. We loved the location and being able to walk to the beach but also loved hanging out at the house in the outdoor area when the beach got too windy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Amazing Get Away!

This property is perfect for vacationing...everything you could possibly need while away from home is available and labeled. The house itself is built and furnished to a designer standard, has good flow, and is roomy while feeling cozy. The backyard is lovely and great for spending evenings...comfy couches, firepit, outdoor dining table, hot tub. The property is right off A1A, which isn't ideal, but once you turn in you forget the closeness of the road. Access to the beach is just a few blocks and an easy walk. Monica was quick to respond to any questions. We loved our stay at this amazing property!

This place is absolutely stunning! Has everything you need and so close to the beach.. 5 min walk! Pictures are exactly what it looks like. Owner was super responsive to messages and the place was immaculate! All you need is your suit and a toothbrush. Will definitely stay again!

Winter Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have never stayed at another rental that was so well supplied with everything guests need. The home is beautiful and absolutely spotless. The patio area with the fire pit was perfect for hanging out with our friends. If we return to St Augustine we will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.

I went with my son and his friends and their moms. We were really impressed with the house, it has everything you need to enjoy a vacation! It was very clean and the decor was unique. Monica is a great host. I recommend it 100%

Terrific place to stay for your beach vacation! It has absolutely everything you need for a memorable experience at the beach. This is a high end property that has been very well stocked. The owner is terrific and provided info on all of the best local spots for food and entertainment. My stay here helped bring the best of St. Augustine to the surface. I am very much looking forward to my next stay at this property.

Girls Trip

This house was amazing! Absolutely beautiful and we had everything we needed and more. We loved the hot tub and outdoor space. It was just a short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute drive to downtown. So much to do and see in St. Augustine. Loved this house and we didn’t want to leave!

Stylish, Clean and Convenient

My wife and I really enjoyed the house. The owner has a great sense of design. The house has a modern, beach style. Everything was spotless and new. The beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas were super convenient and it was only a short walk to the beach.

Fantastic, beautiful house in great location

Monica, our host, was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The home is absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean, modern, and so well appointed and decorated. I cooked often and I found everything I needed plus some! Monica even decorated the home with a Christmas tree! This house does not disappoint!!

You will not be disappointed. This place is amazing!

We really loved this home and it's proximity to just about everything. We walked to the beach in just under 5 minutes. It was so clean and was not crowded at all. The kids spotted fish and crab on the beach. The owners stocked the home with plenty of beach equipment and really everything needed to make our stay amazing. The only negative was not having televisions in the bedrooms, but it would not stop us from returning.

Walk to the Beach

Property was exactly as pictured very well decorated and extremely clean. 5 min walk around the corner to a very wide and long beach, which is never crowded. Only 15 min drive to downtown St Augustine and plenty of restaurants close by. Property owner goes out of her way to ensure everything is to the highest standard, always responsive. House was well stocked, mattresses super comfy. Everything you need for beach in the large single garage including a beach cart, chairs, umbrella etc. Highly recommend!

This is where you want to be in St. Augustine/Butler Beach!!!

The Beach House was Amazing!!! All the beach requisites!!! All the kids requisites!!! Most importantly, all the adult requisites!!! The one thing missing, was the sunrise view…but a quick walk 3 min walk around the corner and Sunrise!!! Even the kids we’re watching in amazement. Truly enjoyed everything about the Beach House and Monica was a tremendous host. Already planning to be back soon!!!

Girls Getaway

We LOVED this house. We used this as a meeting place for a girl group of college friends. This house has everything. Beach access is so close. Chairs, towels, soccer ball, surfboards you name it. You don’t even have to leave with the outside. A hot tub night and games on the patio was a perfect place to catch up. The decor was beautiful. Everything is emasculate. Host was so responsive through booking to check out. I wish we didn’t have to ever leave!!!!

Simply the BEST!

I don’t even know where to start because everything about Monica and her gorgeous house is above and beyond! I can’t say enough good things, but one thing for sure is that you will not be disappointed one bit. I highly recommend staying at Sun Seekers, don’t even think twice about it! This was our second time staying here and we are already planning when we can come visit again. The house is spotless, clean and furnished so nicely and comfortable. It is stocked with literally everything and anything you might need and the location is second to none. The beach access is probably the best spot, super clean, soft sand with little to no people around! And on top of that I will also mention that Monica is one of the nicest and thoughtful people you will come across! It’s just perfect! Can’t wait to come back!!

Swept Away at Sun Seekers!

This gem of a home is thoughtfully curated with everything you could need or want for a beach stay. We had more than enough gear for our large family. The kitchen is well-stocked, the rooms well-designed and cared for and the backyard has a cool, relaxing vibe. And the beach is so peaceful and perfect for all kinds of activities. As soon as I stepped into the sand, I felt my shoulders release all the stress and my worries melt away. Our family of seven, with five teenage boys, had an incredible time making memories together before we brought our oldest son to college for the first time. Yes, there is plenty to do in nearby downtown St. Augustine and while fun to eat out a couple nights and explore, with this sweet home and the beautiful beach a few blocks away, just add your people and it’s is all you could ever need! Thank you, Monica for being such an attentive host and sharing your stunning home with us!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had the best time staying at this VRBO for a bachelorette party! The house is just minutes from the beach, which made it super convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. No need to pack the car or worry about parking—huge bonus! There was a huge beach wagon that we used to help us carry all the heavy stuff! The beach a block over also allowed for cars to drive on and park LITERALLY ON the beach. The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. There were chairs, towels, umbrellas, and even coolers ready for us to use. Inside, the house was cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax, hang out, and enjoy meals together.We especially loved the little touches that made the stay feel extra special—thoughtful decor, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. It really felt like a home away from home, and it was the perfect setting for celebrating the bride-to-be.The backyard was such a wonderful oasis, The hot tub was a favorite, especially in the evenings, and the outdoor shower was super convenient after beach days. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy a private hibachi dinner right in the backyard—it felt like our own mini resort!Highly recommend for any group looking for a relaxing, fun beach getaway. We’re already talking about coming back!

Gorgeous home short walk to the beach!

We just finished a spring break stay with our 3 daughters at sun seekers and it was one of the nicest vrbo experiences we’ve ever had! The home is the cleanest, best designed rental we’ve seen. Every inch of the home is decorated with care, style and thoughtfulness. Seriously, it could easily be featured in a design magazine. The home is a simple short walk to the beach and garage is stocked with beach gear you actually want to use! The fenced in backyard was also so nice you don’t even notice the road. The kids area upstairs with bunk beds and games with their own living space was also really nice and well done. It’s also important to note that Monica went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. She reached out to let us know we could check in early and left snacks for the kids! The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked with literally every kitchen gadget you could want. While I’m always happy to leave a quick positive review for well cared for rentals, this beautiful property and Monica’s first class professionalism deserve a well thought out detailed review. We could go on and on about it! It was hard to leave and we will be back!

Hi, I'm Monica and my family and I moved to St. Augustine about 5 years ago. We are originally from Colorado and we wanted a change of scenery...no more snow! We moved to Orlando first for a few years but decided that it was too busy. We finally settled here on the island in St. Augustine and just absoulutly love it! It's a quiet and simple life which we love. We have a 16 year old daughter who surfs just about everyday! One of the draws of moving here were the waves! Not huge, but enough to surf and play in. We love that there is so much history here in St. Augustine and it's not just a "beach town". The restaurants are fun and there is always somthing to do and plenty of beach to walk!

I created Sun Seekers Beach house with my daughter in mind. It has a surf vibe and designed for being a great spot to hang out after a long day at the beach. It's laid back and an open concept for spending time with family and friends. It's a perfect location for anyone who wants to walk to the beach anytime and located by one of the prettiest beaches around! Butler Beach has white powder sand and it's not too crowded. It's only 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and located on the famous coastal route SR A1A.
