Cozy and clean. The host was quick to reply. It was centrally located for the activities we wanted to see. Summiting Guadalupe Peak, outerspace adventure in Roswell and going underground in the Carlsbad Cavern.

We had a great stay with everything we needed. Thank you! I took one star off becase there was some damage to wall/door and irs probably time for a “deep clean.” Other than that, we were super comfortable! Recommend.

The Permian on the Pecos is conveniently located in the centter of town. It is a short drive to restaurants and stores. The property is convenient to Carlsbad Cavern and Guadalupe Mountain National Park. The property has plenty of space for two adults and two children.

We had a little trouble finding the apartment because the address listed did not specify north or south. We also had a little problem with WiFi password because it pe was written slightly different on the refrigerator vs the TV. The beds were super comfortable! The apartment temperature was perfect!

Neighborhood -- older homes; easy access to all parts of the town. Interior -- clean; well cared for; well decorated; adequately furnished. Initial access was not good. It took us an hour to get into the unit after our initial pass code did not work.

Good Overall

The first sight when entering are toys and other items strewn about the walkway. Not an appealing first impression., The patio/deck in the listing isn't there and the grill is an old charcoal unit. The inside is very nice, clean and well furnished. Although the unit sleeps 4 there is only a kitchen table for 2. The kitchen is well equipped but it could use a cutting board and a cork screw. The toilet tissue provided was a partial roll and 1 full roll for 4 adults for 5 nights so we purchased more.The TV was very good with plenty of choices. Location for access to shopping and attractions was good although the neighborhood wasn't too nice.All things considered, if you intend to cook, I would recommend this unit for a party of 2.

National Park Trip

Loved staying here. Quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Coffee station was nicely stocked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room.

Bring ear plugs

Two bedroom unit shares a wall with another unit. Starting about 5:30 am each morning the noise woke us up (loud trucks, motorcycle, can hear people moving around in the other unit). Host responsive. Keurig nice. The caverns were incredible and the time hiking in the mountains amazing.

First this apartment was so clean. Had trouble getting in but owner came very quickly to resolve the issue. We didn’t have enough paper towels. They provide a waffle maker and supplies for you and this was such a nice surprise! The beds were amazing. The back neighbor needs to clean his outdoor area upon first impression.

Host is very responsive

The listing is accurate - cute 2br apartment with updated decor in a relatively quiet neighborhood, except for a dog next door that barks a lot. When we arrived, housekeeping had not been done from the previous renters, so the beds were unmade, surfaces had not been disinfected, and there were wet towels in the bathroom and dirty dishes in the sink. We messaged the host and he both replied and refunded our money immediately, so with that we felt okay doing the cleaning ourselves. There were fresh linens in the closets and fresh towels in the closets, and cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. Since everything was easy to find, we just took care of it. Aside from that, and the loud dog next door, it's a cute apartment with a full-size kitchen including most of the basics for cooking (bring your own salt, there isn't any!), great hot water, good off-street parking situation, located conveniently for a day-trip to Carlsbad Caverns.

Comfortable and cozy

We were in town for just a short stay, and this home is so much better than a hotel. Also, the owner was really easy to work with. There had been a slight scheduling mishap, but it was worked out very easily and professionally. We ended up moving to Unit A on the property, and it worked for us perfectly! Like a cabin - it was cozy, and it had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay!
