This is a fantastic place! Clean, updated, and close proximity to local stores. Parking situation was great. We felt very safe here. Bathroom was very clean and offered shampoo and body wash. Water got hot fast and stayed hot. Only downside was no washer or dryer. Other than that, I would recommend this place for sure!!!

Close to stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Designated parking space was nice to have. We were able to experience Guadalupe, White Sand, and Carlsbad Cavern. Also took a day trip to Cloudcroft and drove through Lincoln National Forest.

The location is good. We walked to Yellow Brix restaurant for dinner.The beds were comfortable. There is no place to put your suitcase except the floor or the bed. The towel rod had been pulled out of the wall in the bathroom.The code to open the front door did not work. We contacted the host, and they fixed it after a few minutes.

The Permian on the Pecos is conveniently located in the centter of town. It is a short drive to restaurants and stores. The property is convenient to Carlsbad Cavern and Guadalupe Mountain National Park. The property has plenty of space for two adults and two children.

National Park Trip

Loved staying here. Quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Coffee station was nicely stocked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room.

We had a little trouble finding the apartment because the address listed did not specify north or south. We also had a little problem with WiFi password because it pe was written slightly different on the refrigerator vs the TV. The beds were super comfortable! The apartment temperature was perfect!

Neighborhood -- older homes; easy access to all parts of the town. Interior -- clean; well cared for; well decorated; adequately furnished. Initial access was not good. It took us an hour to get into the unit after our initial pass code did not work.

Comfortable & clean.

We enjoyed the decorations that reminded us of the surroundings area. Hot water & shower were excellent. Only had 2 towels for 5 of us though. Bed was super comfortable. Definitely check out the local community park along with the caverns and Guadalupe NP, had a really nice experience.

Bring ear plugs

Two bedroom unit shares a wall with another unit. Starting about 5:30 am each morning the noise woke us up (loud trucks, motorcycle, can hear people moving around in the other unit). Host responsive. Keurig nice. The caverns were incredible and the time hiking in the mountains amazing.

Comfortable and cozy

We were in town for just a short stay, and this home is so much better than a hotel. Also, the owner was really easy to work with. There had been a slight scheduling mishap, but it was worked out very easily and professionally. We ended up moving to Unit A on the property, and it worked for us perfectly! Like a cabin - it was cozy, and it had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay!
