We loved out stay here in Carlsbad. A very nice neighborhood with many very nice homes. This property was very clean and very comfortable for 3 traveling adults in my party. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was very nice. It felt brand new, the location was great in a family friendly neighborhood and the furniture was all very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to future travelers and will be back again if we are ever in the area!

The house was very clean and in a great location! It seemed to be a little short on dinner plates & some lightbulbs were out but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house. New. Very clean. Owner was kind to let us drop our things off before our checkin time so our personal things were not sitting in the hot car during our tour of the caverns. Kitchen was great with some pantry items. This was a comfortable and clean stay at a good location for touring the caverns. They had a few board games. It felt very staged, almost like a showing for an open house, but not all the practical useful things that make a house truly comfortable were provided. Some things that would make it 5 star: curtains on bedroom windows, but especially for front bedroom (blinds did not block street light), night stands (to lay your phone, etc), bedroom lamps (so you don't have to climb in bed in the dark), extra blankets (thin comforter and sheet on each bed and nothing extra in the house), and an actual couch (two chairs and one piece with two adjoined recliners). The two platform beds in the smaller rooms are very low to the ground. The back yard is huge, but 100% dirt with lots of ants. It really was a good sleep for one night while stopping through Carlsbad. With a few improvements on accoutrements, it would be a perfect stay.

Needs attention

Beautiful house and only 30 minutes from the cave. However, to make it perfect there were a few things that need to be addressed...tub mat for safety and a shower head in the master that works.

Large rancher

Beautiful new rancher with large bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The entire house is wheelchair accessible. Very accommodating in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. Ideal for Carlsbad Caverns. Host was great.

Perfect for Visiting the National Parks

We stayed at this very nice home while we took day trips to the surrounding National Parks (Carlsbad Caverns, Guadeloupe Mohntains, White Sands) and Roswell, NM. This location served us well as a home base for our travels and recouping from daily adventures.

Great Location, Immaculate Home

Nice home in a nice neighborhood just a short drive off the main roads in town. We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious home during our 5 days in the Carlsbad area. 25 minute drive to Carlsbad Caverns and 45 minutes to Guadalupe Mountains NP.

Carlsbad Caverns Trip

The house is located in a nice neighborhood at the south end of Carlsbad. It was a great location to get to Carlsbad Caverns. The house had everything we needed for a two night stay. It was clean and comfortable.

Nice stop in Carlsbad

The house is new, clean, and well appointed. Owner was easy to communicate with and very amenable to request. The space was perfect for our family and the location is close to Carlsbad caverns. You will need to drive into Carlsbad because not close enough to walk but really that was not inconvenient. Neighborhood was safe and we had no issues with noise.

Pretty good

Had a hard time getting ahold of host at first and couldn’t access the house for a bit. Found an open and unlocked bedroom window and the laundry was a mess but we did end up being able to use it. There was also a neighbor yelling in the streets our first day. Other than that, house was newer and comfortable and close enough to the caverns for easy access. We would stay again if we were back in the area.

Nice, Clean, and New House in a nice neighborhood

The house is new and very clean. Kitchen was stocked and we were comfortable. Listing says "sleep 7", but there are only 3 beds, but we bought an air mattress from WalMart and it was fine for our 7 year old. Lastly, if you need to use the washer and dryer, you will need to request it. It all, it was very nice rental.

Inside was clean. Outside had weeds on it and the barbecue grill was filthy. No shades on the back door so the neighbors were able to stare into the house at any time which they did. I should’ve read more but I did not see in the contract that the garage was not able to be used. Which I think sucks because I paid $500 or something like that to stay for the weekend and I can’t even secure in my car. I Most likely will not use this house for further stays. Nor will I use any house that has this property manager associated with it. I’m sure they’re nice people, but the upkeep on the home just wasn’t up to par.
