Huge Wrap-Around Deck with Awesome Unobstructed Views of Desert Mountains and Sunsets, Located in Building 21. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8 (10 Maximum w/ air mattress provided upon rental request).

This is a great place for families to make life long memories together. This sizable kitchen that has six barstools, stainless steel appliances and an electric stove, sufficient cabinet space & stone tile countertops. A perfect place that provides all you need to whip up those favorite family meals! The dining set has 8 chairs to fit your entire group. The living room furnished with a cushy, dark chocolate sectional, two matching textured leather chairs and rocker.

The master bedroom has a KING size bed with adjoining en suite has a garden tub. Another nice feature is this room has access to the patio. The second bedroom has bunk beds. Both mattresses are FULL size, this room has a pocket door access to the second bathroom, while the third bedroom occupies a QUEEN size bed. Both of these bedrooms have a walk-in closet. The added perk of this location is kitchen and living room both have screen door access to the back porch. Patio table seats four and has a lot of space for the rest of the family. The view from the patio overlooks an unobstructed view of desert hills and a small portion of Bloomington. It is a great place to enjoy a meal together or play games.

The rental received 3/5 stars for cleanliness because the master bedroom reeked of dog urine which seemed to be coming from the carpet and corner of our bed on the comforter. It was really bad and we ended up opening our windows to try and air the place out. The shower in the master was also extremely loud when the water dial was turned hot. Very frustrating to deal with that screeching sound when you have an infant sleeping.

Great unit!

This unit was perfect for us. Top floor, high ceilings, beautiful deck. Kitchen has all the dishes/pans necessary for making meals. Just what we needed.

Amazing Condo

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the space. It was such a perfect stay. The condo was fully stocked for cooking as well as fish soap, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not like the pictures

I do not normally give poor ratings, however, I think it best to inform others. I rate this two stars because the weather was beautiful. I tried contacting the owners after our stay and sent them pictures to inform them of the cleanliness issues, but did not get a response. The grill outside is electric, and when turning on, roared with flames. We could not find an extinguisher anywhere in the home. The bathrooms were gross - mold & slime growing on the sides of the bath tub and one toilet would overflow when flushing. There were huge bugs (live) under the kitchen sink. The floors felt sticky when walking on them. Also, there is very little dishes in the kitchen for cooking (not well stocked) so if you are planning on cooking when staying here, bring stuff from home. We were very disappointed and thought we would have a great experience using 5 Seasons. Perhaps they need to evaluate their cleaning services. Thank you,

clean and well maintained with lots of activities at the clubhouse.

This property has beds for 8 not 10. So if your brining 10 make sure you have a plan for the other two. The interior of the condo was clean and well maintained. An outside ceiling fan is obviously broken but was not needed. The pools are great! The clubhouse has activities such as: basketball, volleyball, picklleball, large chess game, tennis, mini golf section, playground with a sand base, multiple large pools (one indoor with a hot tub) and large picnic table area. We could have easily brought our lunch/ dinner and played all day!! So check it out early in your stay. The clubhouse is located at the entrance behind the first building on the right. Easy check in and out process. Having a door code makes it nice so you don't have to meet anyone there.

Great place for my family to be together!

I would have appreciated more kitchen utensils, bowls, mixing bowls, cups and a griddle. The kitchen stock was not enough for a group of 8-10 guests. There are only six bowls and six spoons, so if you have more people than that, be prepared to wash and reuse. Other than that, it was comfortable and nice for our family.

Attractive roommate well-equipped property

We enjoyed the property greatly. In an area of town with her lots of Condominiums. It overlooks in nearby Quarry with some construction noise during the day. In general, the condo was roomy comfortable and quiet at night.

kitchen wasn't stocked very well with pots, pans or utensils. no cutting boards in kitchen.

The condo was nice except kitchen wasn't stocked very well with pans or things to cook with or eating utensils. Had to call for kitchen towels & diswashing soap. Kitchen sink leaked.

Amazing!

Our stay was Amazing! It was a Beautiful Condo! The Landscaping was immaculate and the Condo was Spotless! Everything we wanted and needed was well stocked and accessible. It was roomy and cozy. The view was not the greatest but this is on a newer side of Saint George that I am sure will be developed sooner than later. Thank you for a Wonderful Weekend!

better than expected. Amazing views, big kitchen, clean

This condo was much better than i even expected. High end everything... from the big flat screen TV's in every room to the gigantic kitchen. The wrap around deck with views of the desert was amazing. Immaculately clean. Very roomy for large families. The master bedroom and bath room were really big. The other two bedrooms weren't very big, but the large open family room and dining area more than made up for it. The kitchen is bigger than mine at home. High end decorating. Everything you need for comfort with a large family. I've been in other rental units at Las Palmas and this one is the nicest one I've seen by far. The only drawback is that the condo is on the third floor, so be prepared to climb stairs. Would rent this unit again!

Cant wait to do again!

Really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our needs. Close to everything that we needed. Kids and adults alike. The deck was wonderful to watch the wildlife scurry by. We recommend and will stay again. What minor repair was needed was addressed quickly and with a smile. Very clean and we felt completely comfortable. Thanks again!

We loved our stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was VERY clean, and so comfortable. Check in was easy, and the condo was well equipped. Our kids enjoyed the pool. We will definitely want to stay here when we are back in St. George.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this complex. It was very welcoming and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, I loved that the kitchen was open to the living room and it was nice having a washer and dryer to use. It is in a great location of the complex, because it is a top unit and on the end. We had a wonderful of the valley. The pool and hot tub was just across the street and we had it to ourselves most every time we went. It is in a great location as well. We traveled often to Albertsons, but it is just as easy to get into downtown St. George. The DVD player didn't work, which was a bummer, and it would have been nice to have a list of the TV channels. We have a great stay. I would stay here again.

Fantastic and simple

We loved our stay at the condo. It's perfect for the family to drop in and have a quick get a way. Check in was super simple and the condo had everything we needed. We were there for a college ID camp but ended up really enjoying the spa, pool and all the fun things there were to do at the condo, all within walking distance. Peaceful balcony for breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The rental company was so easy to work with, and everything was a pictured and better. Wonderful having access to the private swimming club. The pool there was beautiful and big--lots of room to lay out and swim. Can't wait to go again!

Loved the Condo - comfortable and clean.

This is our first visit to Utah and this condo was excellent! We have enjoyed staying here. The condo is beautiful and done a great job at decorating the place. It was nice to wind down in the living room and on the deck after a long and tiring day hiking at Zion and Bryce Canyon.

It Really Felt Like Home!

Thank you for a beautiful & spacious condo. We had a wonderful time & my 4 boys truly loved the space. We shared the condo with my sister-in-law and her family -it was just perfect. This would be a perfect place to return to with my own family again. I know I will plan to ask for this condo specifically. The one my in-laws were staying weren't as clean! We felt at home & we absolutely love it! Thank you again!

Wonderful, Clean, Roomy Condo

Thanks for the use of your wonderful condo. It was roomy and wonderful for a family of four, and it provided some much needed lounge space after hiking & biking around Zion. The views off your deck is great!
