Este condominio recién amueblado tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y cocina completamente amueblada. Se encuentra en la planta baja por lo que no hay escaleras.

Las Palmas Resort proporciona natación (tamaño olímpico para piscinas para niños), tenis, juego de tejo, ping pong, frontón y una gran sala de trabajo a cabo. 6 personas al día pueden utilizar el complejo con nuestros miembros. Las personas adicionales cuestan $ 5 por día.

Tenemos 2 piscinas para propietarios de viviendas, especialmente para niños con jacuzzis.

Estamos cerca del teatro al aire libre Tuacahn que tiene excelentes obras de teatro.

Si te gusta andar en bicicleta, hay algunos senderos maravillosos cerca.

A una hora del Parque Nacional Zions.

1 1/2 horas desde Las Vegas.

El festival shakesperiano en Cedar City está a 50 minutos.

Cerca del museo para niños, las almohadillas, tiendas, restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles.

Un parque nuevo muy grande con un divertido viaje en tren ($ 1 por persona) y el equipo del patio de recreo se encuentran a 5 minutos en automóvil.

The rooms and living spaces were very clean and comfortable. The amenities of Las Palmas (e.g., the pools, the water slides, outdoor games) were fantastic and the condo itself had a great view from the patio. Our family enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book a trip here again!

Little getaway was perfect!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful condo in St. George! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into making the space welcoming and comfortable. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and blankets.The beds were incredibly comfortable (which is always a big win on vacation!), and we loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings after a full day of pool time. The location was perfect—quiet, but still close to everything we wanted to do and great local restaurants.The hosts were so thoughtful and communicative, making sure we had all the information we needed before arrival. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay a great experience.We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed home base in southern Utah!

Saint George Stay

The location was great! It was close to everything we needed. We loved the access to the pool and the clubhouse. We used all of it while we were there.

Smell

When we got there it’s smelled very strong like mildew. We put soap down drain and disposal and open doors to air out the first hour. Otherwise I’ll come back it was a good stay.

Great condo

We had a great stay here. A few minor "bumps in the road" but the owners responded very quickly and helped us figure out the issue. We not only recommend this condo, we already have it booked for our next stay.

Great 3 bedroom getaway

Great communication with owner. We enjoyed the property, the pools, the views. We were in town for a softball tournament and enjoyed the pools etc on our down time. Only thing missing was a barbeque grill. It would've been nice for evenings. Would stay there again if it's available when we go

Anniversary Trip

Property manager was gracious. The place did have a dingy and old smell. Pots and pans are so old they are almost unusable. Other than that the location was great and had a wonderful view.

Fun place to stay

This is a great location if you are going to The Plays at Tuacahn. Since my family is older, we love the fact that we didn’t have to go up stairs. Has a beautiful view, the beds were comfortable, and it was furnished very nicely. Thanks for the use of your condo.

A great place for a getaway in St.George

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. And the amenities on property were just great. We especially enjoyed the pool areas. We’ll hopefully be back!

Perfect location!

This property was perfect for my friends and I when we came to St. George to complete in the 70.3 triathlon. The description was accurate, the amenities were fabulous - we used the lap pool and the hot tubs, and having our own little outside area with a great view was a bonus! Would stay here again!

Mother’s Day Stay in St. George

This was by far the most comfortable, peaceful, well equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The owners emailed a checkin sheet with everything we needed to know in detail. This served us well because an un expected issue with our rental car put us in after midnight… The condo had everything you could need to enjoy meals in, sleeping in, and relaxing family time. The grounds, view off of the back patio and pools were all amazing. I would love to stay there again for even longer. It was easy to get to shopping. Our only regret was we ran out of time to make it to the amazing park the host mentioned. Next time.

Perfect host with great communication

Beautiful place to stay that felt clean and accommodating. Even amidst a mishap with keys and an other night we ended up at the ER with a kiddo, this host was fast, kind, helpful, and on top of things. Las Palmas is a super fun resort and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful view from first floor patio! Unit was adequate but needs updating. Cleanliness was not as advertised as tile floors in kitchen and baths needed to be cleaned. Carpets could also use a good scrubbing. Patio door and screen are in terrible shape. The patio door lock is very poor and could easily be broken into.

Great Place

3 brothers and their wives share the ownership of this condo It has been a great vacation spot for our family to get away from our home in Salt Lake City. We have loved hiking, swimming, biking, playing tennis, racquetball, visiting the sand dunes in Snow Canyon, hiking in Pioneer Park and exploring other parts of St. George. We have enjoyed side trips to Vegas, and Zion National Park, the Grand Canyon and other close attractions in Southern Utah. Tuacahn, an excellent local outdoor theater, is a great local attraction as well. When it is cold in the North we enjoy the warmer weather of St. George. It holds many treasured memories for our family.

Our condo is unique because it is on the ground floor of the three story building so there are no stairs. The view overlooking Green Valley and Snow Canyon in the distance is BEAUTIFUL. We were attracted to the property because of the view as well as the amenities of the Green Valley Spa and Resort. We also love to vacation in St. George with its slightly slower pace.

We provide our guests with 10 free memberships a day to the sports complex which is part of the resort..
This condo is a central location for so many activities. There is much within walking distance as well as short distances from many major recreational and entertainment activities and the scenic wonders of Southern Utah.
