2 King bedrooms in this 15th floor condo at the Splash w/Beach Chairs!

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

This two bedroom Panama City Beach vacation rental is a perfect for any family! This unit boast a open floor plan with lots of natural light and plenty room for 6 guests. The Master bedroom offers a large king size bed and en suit private bathroom. The guest room comes with a king size bed and access to another full bathroom. The comfy couch in the living area doubles as a queen size pull out which is situated in front of a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure.

Included in this beautiful building is the fantastic pool playground for kids of all ages. It is a self-contained expansive Water park that features a “Lazy River” that meanders out beside the beach along with multiple play pools with slides, tubes, and tunnels. Kids will love the toys that include water cannons, a Little Tot’s Splash Pad with spurting geysers, a giant mushroom waterfall and a huge bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water down on the swimmers below. There is also an Adults Only pool nearby where you can watch the kids play in the distance while taking your own timeout.

If you ever decide to leave this watery paradise you will find yourself just minutes away from Pier Park. This palm-lined boulevard with shops, restaurants, bars along with a large Multi-Plex Movie Theater is anchored by one of the longest wharfs on the gulf available for fishing and sightseeing. Seasonal festivals abound here with music, food and fireworks that occur here often.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

The Resort charges a $35 per car for parking and arm bands for the pools are included in that registration fee.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Splash is a NO SMOKING resort & NO PETS are allowed.

Loved it here!

We stayed the week before the 4th of July! Condo was super nice. Had everything you could possibly need already there. Kitchen was stocked with cleaning supplies and dish towels. There was a closet that had everything for the beach, boogie boards, toys beach chairs, etc. The beds were comfy and the splash resort was super fun for family. Will be using host again!!

loved our stay, the room was just as advertised, beautiful room with great views of the beach, no complaints whatsoever, would highly recommend. only issue i had was on my end with my email not receiving check in information, but wonderful lady at the gift shop took care of us and resolved the issue.

Overall a very nice stay in a great location. Plenty of towels and linens. Check in process was very easy. The only complaint would be both shower drains were clogged to the point where they would not drain but I was able to remedy the issue myself and there was still trash under beds and the tv stand from prior guest.

Sisters Vacation

First off, the door code didnt work. We stayed outside the unit for 40 minutes before they got us an access code. Kept calling and the lady said in 5 minutes or so. We had drove 8 hours to wait 40 minutes outside the unit. Once we got in, it was a wonderful week. The unit was clean and bed was confy.

A great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was great. It was well furnished and clean. The building location was good as well as the parking. The only negatives were the elevators and the carts used for unloading and loading luggage. There are 2 elevators in each building and it takes forever for the elevator to make it to your floor. When we checked in, people were lined up out the doors and down the hall to get an elevator. It took 30-45 minutes. All the carts were in use so we had to carry everything up in several trips. I would stay at Splash again if I could have the same condo.

Mostly great with a few frustrations

The property itself was terrific - clean, well-equipped, comfortable with a terrific view from the 15th floor. Our stay ran from Saturday to Saturday, and when we first arrived at 5:00 pm (an hour after check-in time) the condo had not been cleaned with dirty linens in the floor and the beds stripped. The management company apologized and sent a crew to clean (and they did a great job), but that resulted in our check-in being more than three hours after the posted check-in time. The condo was advertised with two beach chairs and an umbrella, but the beach service told us on Sunday that our unit's management had not paid for the service. I called the management on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, each time the management company saying they would call me back. I finally got a call back on Wednesday after expressing my frustration with no previous response, and the situation was finally taken care of. The beach service was very kind and went ahead and let us use the chairs anyway, and I'm still not sure whose mistake it was. The wifi also did not work the first day, and I called and asked, and we did get notice from the property the next day with a new sign-in code. The property itself was absolutely terrific, and the price was very competitive. It would have been a perfect vacation if we had not experienced the few frustrations.

NASTY!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT!! The entire resort is a joke. Not sure who come up with calling this place a resort. Nasty and filthy everywhere. ROOM 1506 should be condemned, due to stains on furniture, smell of mold, dirty dishes, and sticky floors. Water was leaking heavily out of the light fixture in master bath. Maintenance came late the next day and said they needed to caulk around the tub upstairs. No amount of caulk could fix that leak. Having another persons bath water drip on your head is definitely not sanitary. Also, 1506 has a 9:00 am check out so the cleaning crew can come in. Check in is at 4:00 so I wonder what the cleaning crew does. I’m not one to leave reviews but I don’t want this to happen to another family. All pictures online are from when resort was new. NASTY! NASTY! NASTY! The instructions on the long list of things to do when we check out actually said fold up your Comforter and leave on end of the bed. It also directed us to leave the mattress cover on the bed. Absolutely disgusting.

Missing a few items I thought would be there (toilet paper - we had a half roll in one bath and less than that in the other, a scissors, a colander, containers with lids to put sliced fruit in) but those were easy enough to buy. The check in info we had said to bring extra bath towels, but there were plenty. Beds were comfortable, it was clean, good shower pressure. The resort itself was less great. Slow elevators, got stuck once, one didn’t stop at floor 14 or 20. Cigarette butts fell from balconies into the pool area.

Wonderful Spring Break

Great place for a family vacation

Loved the balcony view of the ocean. The condo was clean and had comfortable beds. Granddaughter loved the splash pad and lazy river. Only complaint is the pools are not heated so a little chilly.

Loved it. The room was nice and clean. Kids liked the indoor water park. Although they are getting a little big for that. Very nice condo.
