1 Bed Cottage, Full Remodel, Beach Access #7, Walk to Village 5 min, 2 AC UNITS!

One Bedroom and One Full Bathroom with 2 AC Units. Sleeps Three With Comfort.

This unit was completely remodeled after hurricanes Helene and Milton. We are finished with the remodel. We do not allow pets at The Cottage.

The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.

If you are looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, walk out the front door of The Siesta Key
Beach Cottage and head around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of food
you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite
cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.

There are some chairs and lounge chairs on the patio.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off any sand from the beach before entering the unit.

This is not a condo.

..it is a Beach Cottage….

You will not find a cooler place on the Key to enjoy your vacation.

This was a great cottage to stay in. It was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything needed for the perfect stay. It’s close to the village and to the beach. I had a little problem getting the check in emailBut Jeff was prompt with his reply and instructions (it was my fault not Jeff or VRBO). I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our stay in Siesta Key was great! The cottage was just as described and such a short walk to the beach. It was great to have the wagon and beach chairs to be able to use during our stay.

Best VRBO Ever

Jeff was a great host! The communication prior to check in was the best I’ve ever experienced. Once we arrived, my wife and I were blown away. Not a stone was left unturned at our stay. There was coffee, sunscreen, soap, beach towel, beach cart, chairs, etc. anything you might need for a great experience, they had it. Not to mention the location. A public access point across the street from our stay made our walks to the beach easy and convenient. When we would go to dinner, the village was less than a 10 minute walk away to every dinner option imaginable. We will definitely come back to visit!

Very great stay

Had a really nice stay here. Could not be closer to the beach, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was everything we needed and nothing more. The bed was comfortable and I very much appreciated the memory foam pillows. They had beach chairs (carry like a backpack or they had a wagon) and towels, although we didn't look for the umbrella. Walking distance to the village with lots of dining options. Jeff was very responsive when I had questions and checked in to make sure everything went well!

Great apartment

What a nice place! Everything you need is there and it’s all brand new. Shampoo and body wash in the shower. A very thoughtful “take a little, leave a little” basket in the bathroom has lots of supplies that you might have forgotten to pack - sunscreen, lotion, etc. Close to the beach, restaurants, etc. We’ll be back next year.

Fantastic stay! The location couldn't be better—close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. The place was spotless, well-equipped with every amenity you could need, and incredibly convenient for our trip. Jeff was an outstanding host, always responsive and attentive, making us feel right at home.

Cozy and Special Spot at Siesta Key!

This is our second stay at this wonderful cottage and it did not disappoint at the slightest. In fact, we stayed longer this time around! It is such a great beach cottage at the PERFECT spot. Groceries and a multitude of great restaurants is at your reach only being a 5 minute walk away! Explore the village!! Siesta Beach? That's a 2 minute walk away!! You are conveniently close to the beach access as well for easy entry. The surrounding area is so pretty and lively. The cottage is loaded with things to make your stay a true relaxing vacation as well such as bikes, a place to hose down your beach items, extra beach chairs/wagon/umbrella, a great patio, basic necessities like kitchen items, and even extra beach/shower products... and more! Jeff is such a great host as well it really is our go-to place for Siesta Key! Thank you so much and can't wait to return! (:

Property was quaint but accommodating. We had everything we needed and a few extras. Everything was clean and functional, minus one of the foldable beach chairs (should be replaced), but again those were a bonus. Very walkable to local dining and shops.

This was our first time to siesta key and this set the bar high! It felt like a home away from home. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Walking distance to everything in the village. The beach is 2 minute walk from the property. We used the wagon, chairs and cooler to bring stuff to the beach (chairs are a bit worn but they do the job!). The owner Jeff was very kind and easy going, good communication leading up to our stay. The beach was beautiful and clean - the water pristine. We will be back!!

Just Perfect!

I can't say enough how much we loved staying here. The bungalow was just perfect for the both of us. Management was always available for any questions with super quick response. You are literally a 3 minute walk to the beach which is right across the street don't even need to take a car. Loved the totally fenced in patio for a little extra privacy if you wanted to sit out at night and watch the stars or have coffee in the morning. Perfect location to shops and dining. We will be booking another trip very very soon there!

My wife and I have always had a passionate connection to the ocean. The water is always great for the soul and plays a major part in ones relaxation while on vacation. Mountain trips are great but nothing comes close to a sunset on the beach.

After many years of hard work, we are able to share this with you. Come see what our Beach Cottage can do for you. It might just be exactly what you are looking for.

Private parking on site,walk across the street to Siesta Beach! A short 5 min walk to The Village that is filled with shopping, food, drinks, coffee bars and more. This is not a typical Florida beach condo. No elevators, you are not sharing the complex with 1,000 other people or fighting for a parking spot. Dedicated parking, ground floor entry, private patio and fully renovated. This will truly feel like a home away from home. With 2 AC units you will always be comfortable on your vacation.
