This spacious one level duplex has everything you need to be home away from home.
Garage to park your car in, video game, massage chair, adjustable queen bed, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.
Fully disabled accessible. Completely one level. ( no steps or stairs).
Comfortable memory foam mattress King bed. Bedroom two has a queen adjustable bed with remote.

Close to I-70! Secluded on a dead-end street.
Sparkling clean allergen free wood floors!

Bathroom with raised commode and big walk-in shower with shower-seat and hand- held showerhead.

For added guest safety: 24 hour security with an outdoor ring security camera mounted on the front of the garage.

Enjoy the comfort of home on the luxurious electric reclining sofa or the full body massage chair while watching the large 65" Roku TV with Netflix,Prime, and Hulu.

The house was as advertised. The extras by the hosts (snacks/coffee/toiletries/) were very sweet touch. The grill was even prepared with charcoal and fluid for grilling. We spend 3 days there and was very comfortable. The decor was interesting with the large cat theme.

This is a very clean and inviting space. Owners are always there to help is needed. The garage in 99 degree weather was a real perk! We would stay here again.

Convenient location close to downtown in a neighborhood setting. Carrie and Guy were great hosts and everything we needed was there. It is near I-70 so there is road noise as described but they added a nice touch with the ear plugs provided in the room. The space was clean and kept well.

Clean, comfortable and accessible

Good for folks with mobility issues. Large rooms. Comfy king bed. Pet friendly... everything we were looking for. Would stay again.

Cozy and welcoming

Very nice property. Cozy and welcoming. My friend were in transit traveling and were pleasantly surprised that we could book a one night stay. It was clean and we had everything we needed, could have stayed for a week.

Mini-Break

Lovely, 2 bedroom duplex with well equipped kitchen. Big screen TV was helpful for watching games. A perk for me was being able to have a garage. Very clean and well stocked. I would stay again.

Quiet and clean!

Very nice stay. Snacks were available as well as plenty of bedding and towels. Also provided extra toiletries that may have been forgotten. Great communication.

Economical and convenient

clean duplex well worth the price. Easy to get to main streets in Lawrence. Hosts clearly indicate closeness to.turnpike and traffic noise. Noise was.not a problem for us. Would utilize again as stated, well worth the cost.

Lawrence stay 1/17/24

My overall impression and honest review of the property is it is a wonderful place to stay very cute. The host is very friendly and even stopped by to bring some coffee and air freshener to make sure our stay was even more comfortable. Communication was pretty fast with host with a few questions I had. I loved the convenience of the washer and dryer and dishwasher made cleaning up easy! And cleaners for me to wipe the counters and surfaces after eating and cooking was great! Host even allowed us to check in prior to 3pm which was fantastic since we drove such a long way and were exhausted! My kids were comfortable and so were we. Location was perfect for us, loved being able to use a garage especially with all the cold and snow. We would definitely stay here again. Host is very friendly!

Great Stay for Graduation

The place was awesome and the host was very attentive to the details. Super comfortable and the family really enjoyed to proximity to local events and establishments. It made my daughter's graduation from.KU that much better.

Recommended!

We only needed one night this time, but this place will definitely be at the top of our list the next time we are in Lawrence. Great communication by the owners! The place was super clean and well-stocked. Nice little neighborhood, whose only downside is that it is right up against I-70. Even so, the road noise wasn’t horrible, but it was there. Had no impact on sleep.

Very clean. The massage chair, nice mattress, and complimentary snacks are a nice touch. Plus we could bring our fur baby along.

Extremely Hospitable!

My daughter and I stayed for two nights while we were in town for a tournament. I was most impressed by how hospitable the host is: there were snacks in multiple places, extra items in the bathroom in case you forgot anything, breakfast sandwiches in the freezer, extra blankets in the closets, and even ear plugs in the bedrooms. No complaints here! The ONLY thing I felt was not mentioned in the listing is that this rental is located very close to an interstate. I was able to sleep just fine but other people who are light sleepers might want to know that.

Wonderful host and delightful stay

My mother and I, both senior citizens, stayed at the Sunchase property for two nights. The host Carrie was very friendly. The property was as advertised, and sparkling clean. Carrie has stocked her VRBO with everything you might need. Need a snack? There is a nice variety. Forget a toothbrush? There were extras. Carrie has taken the time to think of everything. She answered my questions promptly. We really enjoyed the place and had a lovely visit to Lawrence. Highly recommend staying here!
