Discover  the charm of Funshine Sunset Beach, a vibrant second-floor getaway just steps from the Gulf. Located directly across from the beach, this unit was not affected by Hurricane Helene and is fully safe and comfortable for guests. Please note the downstairs portion of the building is under repair and fenced off, with parking available in the back during construction. Enjoy balcony sunsets, soothing ocean sounds, and all that  Sunset Beach has to offer at a reduced rate.

The space

This cozy one-bedroom, one-bath condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring locally crafted furniture and art that reflect  the laid-back Sunset Beach vibe. The space comfortably sleeps up to four guests, with a 60-inch TV above a hidden memory-foam Murphy bed, a plush couch, and an easy chair—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, and the bathroom is stocked with towels and toiletries for your  convenience. The tranquil bedroom offers a queen-size bed and ample closet space for longer stays.



Please note that weekday construction is taking place downstairs as repairs are completed following Hurricane Helene. Our unit was not damaged, and the construction area is fenced off. Most guests spend their days enjoying the beach, local activities, and sunsets—and appreciate the reduced rate during this time.



Beach chairs, toys, pool noodles, and a cooler are provided so you can fully enjoy all that Sunset Beach has to offer.

The Location

Sunset Beach is a quiet neighborhood at the southern tip of Treasure Island. Enjoy local favorites like Caddy’s restaurant and bar, and Ka’Tiki for live music and drinks. Publix grocery store and 7-11 are just a short drive away.





Other things to note

If you are interested in a stay longer than 28 days please send me a note prior to booking, there may be discounts based on your length of stay.

Guests must sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their ID and pay either leave a deposit or pay a non-refundable damage waiver prior to receiving their door code.

One parking pass is supplied. It must be kept in the car at all times. The condo complex will tow cars that do not have the parking pass clearly displayed.



Please return the parking pass when you check out. There is a $150 fee to replace the pass.

Beautiful little condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is as close to the beach as you can get without being on the beach. The owners have supplies everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely book again in the future!

Great place!

Great location, close to everything. Description of property was very accurate. Parking was no problem at all, parked right in front of the building. Check in/out process was easy and the host was quick to respond to all questions. Comfortable bed and very clean! I will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This apartment is recently renovated in a cute beach theme, is very clean and well appointed. The Murphy bed mattress is very comfortable. The beach is an easy walk across the street. The host was prompt and easy to reach. Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our beach staycation. The condo was very well decorated to encourage relaxation and family bonding. It is truly your home away from home! The hosts are very thoughtful, there were card games (Uno etc), beach chairs, beach toys, all type of toiletries. They're courteous and very responsive

Amazing place!

For anyone looking for a beach area in Florida to visit, I highly recommend Treasure Island and Sunset Beach. The beach was gorgeous and not crowded at all. Funshine condo was perfectly located steps from the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was immaculately cleaned when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. I cannot say enough great things about this place! We will definitely stay there again on our next visit down there.

New Renovated Condo with Lots of Love

Nancy and her husband shared their story in the "Welcome Book" and we immediately felts their warm welcome. You will see all their personal touches added to make you feel at home from supplies in the kitchen and bathroom to all their artwork. You will love it here!

Exactly as described

This condo was exactly as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Perfect for 2 people. Beach access was super easy. We enjoyed use of provided beach chairs, towels and extra sun screen. The area was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We walked the beach each morning. There were a lot of shells to be found, even sand dollars and star fish. We will definitely try to return.

Perfect!!!

We loved everything about our stay. What a gracious host. We were only there for a quick stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The host provides so many extras ... beach chairs and towels are just a couple to note. As someone who knows owners that have had things taken by guests, I believe the level to which they supply extras is truly extraordinary! My husband and I enjoyed a few local places. If you're a sports fan, Fergs is worth seeing ... interesting concept and fans representing multiple teams on a football Sunday. We would return! Met some people staying two months in similar units so this property can fit extended stays!

Great location, great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! The location to the beach and the beach toys and towels provided were a huge plus! We knew it was on the smaller side but it really is the perfect stay for someone who plans to be out exploring most of the day and using the home to shower and sleep. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! Would definitely visit again!
