Listing description Renovated, cozy and stylish boho home located in a wonderful and safe North Dallas neighborhood. You will fill at home with the huge master bedroom and bathroom with king size bed, open floor plan, boho style, abundance of natural light, hot tub, pool and deck. Great for work, family, friends and pets. Great centralized location with easy access to main highways, shopping and restaurants. 4 min from grocery shops 15 min to dallas love airport 15 min from dfw airport 20 min from downtown
Garbage bin: is in the back road, there is a door from the pool that will lead to this road code is 2404 and need to press.

Garbage pickup is on Tuesdays

In case alarm is on enter same code as the door in the panel.

the inside of the house was clean. the pool was dirty and broken fence. house needs some upgrades to make the stay more enjoyable. the hostess was very good at communication.

The night we arrived we found no electricity or hot water in the master bedroom/bathroom. There was no hot water in the house at all. Very few of the electrical outlets were working. We notified the owner the next morning who replied we should have told her the night before as she had someone in the area who could have fixed it. None of these things were ever fixed during our entire stay. We had to bathe at my son’s house every day. After our initial conversation I could not get the owner to respond to my emails and had to contact Vrbo to call her. On the 3rd day of our stay the owner ask if we would flip her breaker to see if that would fix the problem. I found this to be a highly inappropriate request and adamantly declined. The only offer of compensation was to allow for a later checkout time on our final day. Even so, the cleaning crew arrived at 11:00am. We ask them to return in one hour and we were out by 12:00 noon. We need to be financially compensated for this stay, at least a 50% reduction in our total bill is in order.

We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up extended it another day! The home was equipped with everything we needed. It was my husband and I, our two boys, and our rescue boxer. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and stores. If we end up that direction in the future, we would absolutely stay again.

Work brought us to the area and this was the most wonderful place to stay. The house was clean, open with plenty of room as we traveled with our Great Dane. The pool and hot tub were great features to enjoy as well. Check in process was a breeze. We had all the information we needed and the communication with the host was top notch. If work brings us back we will absolutely stay here again.

Summer Stay

We stayed in this home for a volleyball tournament in Dallas. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and not too far of a drive from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.

Enjoyable stay

This property is how it is described. Well laid out. Pool and hot tub a definite plus. Location was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighborhood . We had a couple of minor issues but the owner handled them immediately. We will definitely stay here again. We had a very pleasant stay.

Enjoyable vacation

Enjoyed the ambiance of the house! Our family enjoyed time playing together in the pool! The pool didn’t have any towels so may want to bring your own or check if they’re provided.
